Using the services of Rachel and Flight Centre was a reminder of the value of going through an agent. Rachel removed the stress through her fast and helpful response. Based upon my experience, it is a definite thumbs up!

Flight Centre, in particular Scarlett, have been amazing at helping our company cut flight prices in half for business trips. They put up with all our last minute change needs and are also just thoroughly lovely people!

From start to finish, our experience with Flight Centre — and especially Scarlett — was excellent. Scarlett was knowledgeable, friendly, and incredibly helpful, with the kind of responsiveness that makes you feel instantly at ease. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and I always felt confident that if something needed doing, it would be actioned promptly (and properly!).

When we ran into an issue with the airline not confirming our booking, Scarlett stepped straight in, chased it up, and kept us fully informed until everything was resolved. It was a huge relief knowing she was on it — no stress, no chasing, just calm reassurance and results.

Scarlett has that rare combination of professionalism and personality that makes the whole process enjoyable. If all travel agents were like her, booking holidays would be everyone’s favourite hobby. Cannot recommend enough!
