Another lovely holiday booked at the flight centre with the very professional team helping us all the way 👍especially Daisy Harman for sorting out our family holiday of 13 people,which is a very big ask!! We were recommended to speak to Scarlett from Flight Centre to help with our American road trip. Scarlett could not have been more helpful in helping us plan flights, accommodation, car hire, day trips and even extra requests like additional baggage. Everything we needed she took care of it for us and made our trip of a lifetime so so special. She kept us updated on anything that we needed to do and even emailed us updates while we were on our holiday ref our day trips and flights home. Rachel was patient, thorough and aded value - I travel regularly and like many of us regularly use and am happy for many journeys with online engines BUT this is / was a mutli stage ticket to many locations with some additional luggage considerations... Rachel went the extra mile and helped make it all seamless. Knowledge + a person +tech is defo better than just tech alone!

Another great experience with flight centre. Rachel was extremely helpful and very patient as I worked out with her the itinerary to suit us. I made several changes and Rachel responded promptly to my emails and telephone calls. I would not hesitate to recommend flight centre.

Right from the start Michelle was incredibly helpful and made some great suggestions to help make our trip exactly what we wanted. Michelle was always quick to respond to any questions I had, even the silly ones and was still availble with advice while we were away on the trip.

Rachel always commits 110% of her time and knowledge to give me the best flight and travel advice I require. She is always friendly, professional and will endeavour to find exactly what I am looking for. I have used her services for over 9 years when travelling to Australia (each year) and other destinations in Europe. Her ability to find the best flight, airline, departure and arrival times is second to none. Rachel has travelled widely and her knowledge and experience is extremely helpful when enquiring about travel destinations.

Michelle was really polite, kind and very willing to help me organize my flight to Nice, France. It wasn't far but I had many fears and she completely removed them, dotting all the I's and crossing all the T's too. She knew the workings of EasyJet, and exactly what was needed and how they worked. When it came to the traveling, everything worked like magic, all her preparation and words came to fruition, the documentation intact, and I had an amazing time. As a traveler herself, I felt she knew my anxieties so had a very empathic nature to help me, (at 75 years, many irrational fear had crept in for me!!). I wish her a long and happy career in this business and with her incredible travels too. Thank you !!

The Flight Centre have always been my go to company but Michelle has been absolutely brilliant. She has been super efficient, helpful and very kind!! If I could give 10 stars I would.

Michelle was amazing, and i can honestly say, she was very very helpful.

Caitlin was amazing from the initial contact right through to booking. We were unsure exactly what we wanted but Caitlin put together a starting package (multi destinations) which we then worked with her to adjust to our needs.

We chose to make initial contact via phone then visited the store. The whole process was easy and really informative. Would definitely recommend.
