Daisy was very helpful with our plans and thoughtful as were her colleagues.
We needed great ideas and moving the dates of flights was a good move for reduced fares for example for our trip to Australia.

Great Experience thanks to Michelle
We had a trip booked for us by Michelle who throughout the whole process was brilliant! Patient with all our questions, and making sure we had all the relevant info before we set off. While we were away, Michelle even sorted out an issue with one of the day trips that had to be rescheduled.
