We are so delighted to find the Flight Centre. We were planning a trip to Thailand and Singapore - we had to incorporate attending a wedding there and had to work around that and other family commitments. I was trying to look online at booking flights, hotels etc but I was completely bamboozled - then I found Chris Rigby-Jones at The Flight Centre in The Kingston upon Thames branch. My problems were solved and all fears I had were allayed. Within a day or two, our whole itinerary was worked out - we made some tweaks and these were made with no difficulty. The flights he booked were perfect, he arranged airport collection for each of the five flights we took which all worked without a hitch, he booked excellent hotels and included a City Pass for Singapore which was excellent and we had a super choice of five out of all attractions. When I couldn't work out the City Pass app, I e-mailed him in advance from Thailand and had a prompt response - which immediately sorted the problem. Chris provided a helpful itinerary which provided every detail which we needed - all links to check in, allowances, airport transfers and hotels. Throughout Chris was helpful, courteous, supportive and more. We were delighted we found him and very grateful to him and will be contacting him with regard to our next trip. Many thanks Chris.

We started using Flight Centre Kingston two years ago after previously going into our local travel agents. We live in Gloucestershire but it was so easy to communicate, get advice and a custom tailored travel package at a reasonable price with Catrina that it's now our preferred way of booking travel ! We've done two big trips with Flight centre and they really do sort out the complicated bits and provide a clear itenary to enable you to relax and have confidence in your travel / holiday / tours. Catrina is knowledgeable and gets things sorted, in fact all the staff we've had contact with in Kingston have given great service. No hesitation in recommending them for travel planning, booking and support whilst travelling.

Expert advise to re book for Australia in these troubled times

I was fortunate to meet Catrina when considering a trip to Egypt. With her local experience, we discussed various options so that I could visit a number of sites in a short space of time. Right up to the final decision she was keen to ensure it was the optimum trip which included two nights in Cairo to see the Pyramids and Museums, flight to Aswan for Abu Simbul, Temple of Philae, Botanical Gardens, Nubian Village and checking into a premium Cruise north down the Nile to Luxor for the Valley of the Kings, Karnack, Luxor Temple and Temple of Hatshepsut. So much history.

Catrina, the agent who took my call, was absolutely brilliant. All queries answered sensibly, with knowledge and immediately put me at my ease. The confirmation info came promptly for the tickets bought and when the flight was cancelled Catrina sorted everything swiftly with no drama.
