Great staff, really helpful, quick & polite

Catrina provided invaluable advice to help us plan for a tour of New Zealand, particularly around flights and highlighting specific locations to make best use of our time . She was patient and understanding when we made some significant changes to the first itinerary. The revised itinerary she provided detailed all elements of our holiday that she subsequently booked with no issues arising whilst we were abroad. We would use Flight Centre again.

Catrina and the team at Kingston were really great. I usually book buisness travel myself but as this was a multi leg journey I thought i'd try flight centre. Really happy with outcome, it saved me loads of time, stress and no noticeable higher costs. I would highly recommend and will deffinatly use again.

Catrina in the Kingston branch arranged our flights to Australia after going through a number of options for stopovers and made the whole process very easy. She was quick to respond to any queries and requests. Excellent service all round.

I am so happy I bought my Ticket at the Flight Centre UK, I was caught up in hurricane Mellissa in Jamaica and my agent Caterina was so good in assisting me to get reschedule.
