We have booked 3 holidays with Catrina Johnson from Flight centre Kingston, she is extremely helpful, patient with us less technical minded people, friendly and went above an beyond to help us with our booking queries

First time we have booked a trip in this way and would definitely do again as from start to finish it was stress free everything organised for us including transfers. We stayed at 3 different resorts which for us was totally different experience. Slightly disappointed in last hotel as when we arrived found out the hotel miramar in singapore had been sold at end of month so found staff not very welcoming and to point of running out of wine in bar ??
But Bali accommodation was fantastic.

Catrina was fantastic, found us the best options, super cost effective and really honest about what we were buying.
Also patiently dealt with many follow ups.
She is a star - highly recommend her.

My travel companion and I were stuck in Canada with the air strike this summer and couldn't reach Montreal to fly home. After a stressful night, finding very few alternative options, we spoke to Catrina Johnson and were immediately put at ease. She gave us the best options, advice and easy ways to communicate with her (as we hadn't planned to make calls internationally). She helped us re-route our trip, spoke to Air Canada for hours trying to battle on our behalf and sent us documentation afterwards that could help with insurance claims. She also checked in on us, when we re-routed through Vancouver, just to ensure we were alright and things were going as smoothly as possible. Catrina couldn't have been more helpful and she went above and beyond to support us with our journey and with refunds from Air Canada. During a stressful and expensive end to our trip, her support and guidance were invaluable and we appreciate everything she did for us.

Chris gave us loads of help for the itinerary for your Japan holiday. We needed a lot of assistance with travel arrangements and he came up with a great idea in the form of an internal flight. He was very patient with our numerous questions and worked late into the evening to get us what we wanted! We will definitely use the Flight Centre again!

Catrina from the flight centre is absolutely amazing! We had a flight cancelled due to the Air Canada strikes, this was at very short notice, Catrina spent 4 hours trying to talk to Air Canada for us. She then searched for alternative flights, giving us several options and talkign with us for hours via phone and whatsapp to egt this sorted. The communication was excellent, as was the support while we were stranded in Canada. Folllowing this Catrina has supported us with claiming for a refund and compensation for the flights, as well as providing a written headed letter for our insurance company. I would not hesitate to use Flight Centre again following the above and beyond servcie that we have received. Thank you so much!

From the beginning booking all my flights to Singapore and Australia including all the internal flights Christine Rigby was so very helpful. He answered all my queries etc over the time prior to my holiday and sorted out hotel in Singapore which was very central. And all at a good price.
I would also like to Thank Emma and Katrina. We missed our flight to Singapore due to a police incident and the road to Gatwick airport being closed for 5.5 hours. They showed compassion and organised new flights from Heathrow. Katrina gave me her mobile number so I had a direct contact should I have any problems and kept in touch to make sure we got our flight. Chris also kept up to date with emails. The personal touches shown by all the staff at Flight Centre Kingston upon Thames branch were second to none. They are a credit to the company and deserve recognition. I contacted Catrina Johnson at Flight Centre to book flights from Manchester to Bali and book us into a hotel of our choice at Nusa Dua which she sorted for us . She also made me aware of certain pre arrival documents to fill in Visa,Customs declaration ,Health declaration . Tourist Levy . This saved a lot of time when we arrived at the airport in Denpasar as there were queues of people having to fill these out on arrival . Flight Center found the perfect flights for me for the dates that I needed. They guided me through the whole process including telling me which visas I needed for which countries. Someone was always on hand to answer any queries. I has good support in person, on the phone and via email.Catrina from the Kingston branch was particuluarly helpful I will definitely use Flight Center to book any future trips.

Catrina helped me book my flights to and from Australia in addition to multiple shorter flights throughout my trip. She was extremely helpful and had lots of knowledge about traveling the continent. She even recommended a tour around NZ which was the highlight of my 7 months. She was always available to email and edit flights which was extremely comforting.
