My travel experien ce with Iris Duarte Dores at Flight Centre in Ricmond was very good. Iris found very competitive flights for me, was very supportive, making sure I had contact information should anything go wrong, before I departed. This is the second time we’ve used Flight Centre for multi destination trips and would not hesitate to do so again. The first time we used them back in 2020 we found ourselves in Australia just before UK went into lockdown and Flight Centre got us home with very little drama despite other travellers being stuck for weeks or sleeping on airport floors. So this trip (Singapore, Melbourne, Hong Kong) we headed straight up to Richmond knowing that we would be in good hands. Iris Duarte Doris helped us plan the itinerary and has been available at every step to give advice or remind us about things we’d forgotten. It is so reassuring knowing that there is a safe pair of hands looking after you and we can’t thank Iris enough for all her input.

The service we received was brilliant! Sacha Johnstone was efficient and professional . We introduced ourselves and explained our trip requirements. We were seated instantly and the whole process took about 15 minutes. Such a pleasure to deal with someone as competent as Sacha. Got a tip from a friend about Flight Centre. Sam Payne has organised three holidays for my family and I cannot praise her enough.

It is rare to find someone who cares as much about their customers and goes to such lengths to get the best possible outcome as Sam does.

Due to the Middle East conflict, my flights were going to be disrupted … so I contacted Flight Centre UK where I had made my original booking for this particular trip.. I liaised with GEORGE MAULE and in his usual unflappable manner, he dealt with everything for me … so a big thankyou to George ..

Iris and her team were very helpful. Iris was understanding and patient with me and my booking as it wasn't simple. Nothing was too much trouble and the team went out of their way to help me whilst I was navigating with family abroad about travel plans.

George Maule at Flight Centre was fantastic in helping us plan our family flights to Japan. He was knowledgeable, really listened to what we wanted, and carefully put together the best options at the best prices. He took time to consider every aspect of the trip, was never pushy or rushed, and remained polite and professional throughout. Overall, it was a great experience and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

Hannah worked really hard to search for a great deal for us to fly to Australia at a very busy and expensive time of year, which included a free overnight stay! I have used flight centre for all my flights to Australia and always recommend them to friends and family. The consultants seem to really listen to your needs and seek out the best deals.

Our 3rd booking with the brilliant Hannah Holzer and this was definitely one of the best trips we’ve been on. We travelled on a tour of Sri Lanka and then added on The Maldives to celebrate our 25th anniversary and Hannnah made sure it was perfect. Nothing was ever too much trouble and communication with her was always prompt and thorough. Fantastic job, Hannah - will start saving for the next time!

My wife and I had decided to take a trip to Thailand but didn’t want to follow a set package. We wanted to travel extensively around Thailand primarily using flights to transfer between locations. Once I had established where we wanted to go and approximate price I was prepared to pay, I contacted Sacha at the RIchmond branch. Her knowledge and professionalism was excellent and she was able to build our trip given our set of parameters. This included flights, hotels, taxis and one or two excursions. Our preliminary itinerary arrived extremely quickly and then formed the basis for the fine tuning. I actually priced hotels and flights myself and found that the price I had been quoted was very competitive.
From the time of booking up until the day before our departure, Sacha was in touch making sure that we were happy with the arrangements.
Usually when you set off on your trip it’s the end of your association with the travel agent. For us however disaster struck on our way to the airport when as a result of a lorry fire the M3 was closed and we were stranded for over three hours. We missed our flight but Sacha was the calmness we needed during what was a very stressful period. Happily and despite the short notice she was able to re arrange our flights for later that day. In total we lost only twelve hours of our holiday.
From that moment onward the holiday went without a hitch. Everything was as expected; hotels were of a good quality and matched their descriptions. Transfers and flights were effortless.
On arriving home I received as ‘welcome home’ message from Sacha which I felt was a nice touch.
We will be planning a family trip to New Zealand next year and will be looking to Sacha once again.

Iris has thoughtfully arranged our trips to New Zealand to visit family and friends on several occasions now and always manages a seemingly effortless selection of flights based on information provided. We thoroughly recommend The Swissotel Stamford in Singapore for a stay over, including their driver pick up and delivery from Changi airport. Thanks Flight Centre!
