We booked flights to NZ with a stop over in KL through Sophie Curtis at Flight centre. She was absolutely excellent giving us a whole range of options for flights, made recommendations for places to stay and activities to do in KL and organised transfers etc. She made everything very easy and straightforward. Sophie has also looked into another holiday for us and was very good at finding wheelchair accessible hotels for me which can often be quite challenging. Definitely recommend :-)

Melanie has been organising flights to Australia for me for a few years now. Her experience, knowledge, communication, professionalism, kindness, understanding and support has always been absolutely outstanding. I have been so very grateful these last few weeks during these very challenging times of flight cancellations and travel disruptions. She has been with us and supporting us each step of the way. I have used Melanie for a number of trips now from family holidays to work trips to the States and beyond. I'm 64 and been travelling long haul to New Zealand ✈️ and Australia all my life so have had dealings with many different travel agents!
I can honestly say Melanie and her team are fantastic at their work 👏 above and beyond I would call it at keeping me the customer informed and up to date with all aspects of my booking and any changes! I have NEVER experienced this level of service before and will be using Melanie & her branch from now on for all my travel plans!

If I could give more stars, I would! I am a little cautious in giving a great review, as I don't want head office to steal her away! Melanie is just who you need when planning any kind of trip. Helpful, friendly, professional, and takes into consideration all your needs, whilst trying to make it as economical as possible. It feels like you are dealing with a friend when planning your next travel adventure. Highly recommend (but don't steal her away!).😊

Hannah was helpful and patient despite the difficulties caused by cancelled flights through the Middle East. She obtained the promise of a refund for me and then set about booking a later trip which seems to have worked out well. She was quick and responsive.

Mel in Romford office has gone above and beyond in helping us when war broke out in the Middle East. She managed to obtain a full refund for our planned Dubai/Maldives trip and spent some considerable time looking for alternatives for us. Thanks so much.

International travel can sometimes be a logistical nightmare and having some one to help you with the arrangements getting there and back makes the whole adventure much easier. I have always used Flight Centre and have nothing but good things to say about their service. Over the past 10 years or so i have had the pleasure of dealing with Melanie Hill at the Romford branch and i cannot praise her kindness and help enough. The world needs more Melanie Hills.

I found the Flight Centre and, in particular, Amy to be helpful, friendly and efficient.
They also provided useful information about pre - entry requirements which were not known by me at the time.
