We had spent a month going backwards and forwards with Iglu travel trying to arrange flights and overnight accommodation which would be suitable to pair with a cruise which we had already booked. The delays (due to sickness, staff holidays, being unable to contact them by phone etc) led to us missing out on availability of our chosen flight. In frustration, we contacted Flight Centre and Caroline had the whole thing sorted out within a 30 minute phone call. Excellent service!

This all started with an online ad for a package to Australia. Jodie responded to my contact and we ended up with a fantastic six week trip, tailored to our wishes. All the hotels were great and we had the flights we wanted. Most importantly, when something went wrong (nothing to do with Flight Centre) Jodie was quick to respond, which is so reassuring when you are far away from home! She also followed up on these issues when we got back. I have just booked another trip for next year to Japan and again, Jodie has been so helpful. The flights and hotels are exactly what we asked for. Flight Centre, you have an absolute star in St Albans!

Caroline was FABULOUS! She helped my son, his friend and his friend plan and book flights from the UK to Australia, via Bangkok...on the smallest BUDGET! They are on a Gap Year so their hard-earned money had to go really far. She found them a great solution with a cheaper airline, and with the flexibility to change if they needed, without it costing too much. She was so helpful in every way. Thanks Caroline for taking the stress out of their Travel Plans!

Health issues forced me to cancel the holiday and move it to the following year. Jodie and her colleagues made this possible by patiently working through a series of changes and the only way it could have been better is if EasyJet hadn't insisted on charging for the changes each time. Jodie even stayed behind late to ensure our hotel was successfully secured. Looking forward to the holiday.

Kat Heron helped us from start to finish in booking flights for a three month trip around Asia. Quick to respond and lovely to chat to in person. During our trip she helped us moved some flights. Very professional service. I like flight centre because it’s great to be able to talk options through with an experienced person, especially for multi stop trips. Also they are there at the end of the phone or e mail when u have questions.
