Grateful to Trustpilot for Prompt Resolution

I want to sincerely thank Trustpilot for being the platform that finally helped me get my refund from Flight Network. My airline had cancelled the ticket, yet even after a month I received nothing but empty assurances from their customer service. Out of frustration, I posted my honest review here, and within just three days my refund was processed. Trustpilot gave my voice the weight it needed, and for that I am truly grateful. I will never use Flight Network again, but I deeply appreciate Trustpilot for standing by consumers like me.

Poor logistics and after sales

Airline website has no details of me although their system showed the e-ticket number is valid.

FlightNetwork collected all my information but did not provide the same to the airline.

Called airline and they confirmed that my information is non-existent.

Booked a flight to Baku from Bangalore

Booked a flight to Baku from Bangalore. 3 days prior to the trip the ticket was cancelled without giving any reasons. The flight continued to operate normally when i booked through another website. Not sure why they cancelled when i booked through flight network. Its been 25 days no response on refund. Customer care does not even answer queries regarding refund. Kindly avoid booking in this website / app.

Hijacked

Firstly, I thought I was dealing directly with WestJet.
Found the site somewhat difficult to navigate.
Most important, as a WestJet member will I receive WestJet points.
Only when I received the email confirmation was I aware it was you people I was dealing with.

Avoid FlightNetwork – Still Waiting for My Refund After 3 Months

I booked round-trip tickets through FlightNetwork (unfortunately, by mistake instead of booking directly with the airline). The flights were cancelled due to the security situation, and I have been chasing FlightNetwork for more than three months to receive the refund I am owed.

The total cost of my tickets was $1,800, yet I have received only $680 back. The remaining balance is still missing, and despite countless emails and follow-ups, I keep getting generic responses, empty promises, and endless delays.

The most frustrating part is that there is no real customer service. There is no one who actually takes responsibility or provides a clear answer. Every interaction feels like another attempt to delay the process.

I strongly recommend booking directly with the airline or using a reputable travel agency. If something goes wrong, you need a company that stands behind its customers. Unfortunately, FlightNetwork has done the exact opposite.

I will never book through FlightNetwork again, and I strongly advise others to avoid them.

It was easy to book but no enough data

There was a big price difference…

There was a big price difference between the cost of ticket booked through your company and the airline Emirates .I could not contact anyone in the office whom could clarify or justify thedifference

I think this website is totally deceptive and astounded that it is allowed to operate under Australian law given the deceptive and misleading conduct, not the Service that I believed I paid for
