Nearly 40 mins waiting to be answered…

Nearly 40 mins waiting to be answered on the telephone, finally answered to be told wrong department spent ages on another telephone que. I'm still waiting to be answered. Can't register online without your account number. Website asks you to call if you don't account number. Need to offer to register my address not everyone will have account number on them.

New gas pipes for a safer homeI …

I have received nothing but excellent care,consideration and service from the FLOGAS team.I.e.Kirti Bhatt ,her male colleague and their other workforce members, Davie and Lloyd.
Thank-you to all of you very much ,especially to you Kirti for your polite and forgiving patience.

Flogas have just lost my business

Flogas have just lost my business. Have been with them for 17 years, originally Mac gas and laterally Flogas. We are a large user of over 10k litres per annum. Was assured at every review that we were getting a good deal, however, when we instigated a review recently we secured a 40pct price reduction.
When Flogas received the paperwork from our new supplier, they called to say they could match our new price. I asked if this would have been offered in any event at our contract renewal to which they said yes.
You can draw your own conclusions here.
They have lost our trust and we will have no further dealings with them.
Would urge other customers to shop around.
The days of customer loyalty and respect are over.

SHOCKING DELIVERY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE

delivery of patio heater this morning, dumped on my drive weighing 40kg, saw delivery men in their lorry about to drive off, asked if they could put heater in garden was told no. asked them to take the wooden pallet away that they had left on my drive was told I had to keep it. called flogas 3 times spoke to jo Alex and 1 other, told I would get a call back each time. this did not happen.asked to speak to a manager, was told by Alex he didnt know his full name. I was also told a third party made the delivery but nobody could tell me which company. this patio heater is not cheap and it is a great shame the customer service is so dismal. I would not use them again and I would hope a manager would look at this situation and think their delivery system needs to be evaluated.absolutely shocking experience

Zero customer services

I go online to find where I can get my flo gas bottles recharged
Two places are listed on the flogas website
I visit both - both had stopped flogas ages ago
So I email to ask where I can get them refilled- no reply
So I go on their site to make a complaint- click on customer complaints form - and it doesn’t work !!!!!!!!
What a total joke this company is

Abysmal customer service.

Abysmal customer service.
Been with them 17 years, but have now sold the house, we have around 2 months before we leave. With the tank down to to 25% we requested a top up of £200, but Flogas will only fill tank, not interested in our request for £200 with of gas.

As it's warmer now in April, and with a coal fire, I've switched the heating off, and will tell the new occupants too avoid Flogas like the plague, and use Calor Gas like our next door neighbour

Flogas' loss, not ours.

Not terrible but not great either

We were with flogas for about 18 months in total as a tanked lpg customer in the Co Down area of ni. During that time their local rep came to the house initially and was helpful and friendly in getting us setup etc. Once we were setup subsequent fills were reasonably pain free (tankers would turn up totally unannounced but for us that wasn’t an issue as we have no real access restrictions).

During our 18 months the price per litre however jumped up twice with notification letters both times from flogas. When it came to the end of our agreement period they sent us a renewal contract for another 12(or possibly 18 I can’t remember) months with the promise of about a half tank of “free” gas for renewing. What they failed to mention in their covering letter was that when you looked into the details of the contract they’d sent was that they’d also put our price up significantly again. So I rang their local competitors and got prices that were substantially below what flogas quoted us for renewing with them with much more free gas for signing with them. I then rang flogas and explained that I was thinking about leaving and was promised the local rep would phone me back shortly. That was probably about 6 months ago. The rep never rang us back even after we put in the request to transfer away from them and I’d imagine never will return our call now.

So in summary whilst I cannot say I had any great problems with flogas I certainly would not be going out of my way to recommend them to anyone. Hopefully this is useful to anyone wondering what they are like to deal with.

DO NOT APPLY TO FLOGAS, UTTER INCOMPETENCE

Terrible customer service, three times more expensive than competitors. Charged for full tank when was only filled to 20% as truck ran out of gas but driver had written bill already. Waited 17 weeks for a reply after many messages via phone, email and website forms, but still no reply at all. AVOID at all costs!

Excellent service at every stage!

Excellent service at every stage. Have been with Flogas for 4 years. Easy to set up an account, organise deliveries and great support. Highly recommended from my experience. Previously with Calor Gas and had problems from start to finish. Now look far more carefully at reviews and also the numbers of excellent v bad ratings.

Very Poor Website - requesting account information

I am a 'locked in' domestic customer with a reasonable deal for bulk gas, with Flogas. But the poor website and customer service is unacceptable in this digital age when customers demand simple and easy to access information. I have submitted two requests for information via the Flogas website regarding my account - forget it, you won't even get an acknowledgement.

I have just left a complaint via the website to see if that prompts a response; and please don't come back with the 'we're currently receiving a lot of enquiries..." response. I've had that one for years!

Excellent Service

As a new customer to Flogas I panicked somewhat reading such negative comments here...particularly since the problems with deliveries was not particularly the companies fault and rather one of weather conditions coupled with I gather some availability problems. So I wanted to offer a little balance and just mention how pleased I am that when requesting my order to be expedited as I was running very low, it has now been topped up. All communications were friendly and helpful and responded to in a timely manner. Thanks Flogas. I'm glad I switched !

Was assured of a delivery today even…

Was assured of a delivery today even got an update this morning to say I was the 5th drop off, I have just called them and was told the lorry has been diverted!! no other explanation and no new delivery date I'm fuming with flogas they have basically given my delivery of gas to another customer and did not even have the courtesy to call me to explain

Very poor service

After a bad experience on the phone with the call centre I got a visit from Sarah she was very pleasant and efficient, There it ended I've never received anything in writing to place an order and after many attempts to contact by phone and sending text messages I've had no replies, there is also someone else in the village that was visited on the same day which has received the same treatment maybe they don't need extra customers !

Fantastic service from Ian in the York …

Fantastic service from Ian in the York Depot. Was wanting a small portable heater he advised on different types. Chose one and ordered and a spare cylinder. Was delivered this morning by 7:45am by a cheerful and helpful delivery driver the service is fantastic something very rarely found these days. Hope someone can pass on to the York Depot please.

Flo Gas Coventry. Full Marks

I have been a regular customer at the Coventry depot for a number of years and love the service. Andy and Sue are friendly and helpful, always ask how you are and have a friendly chat. As for Dave the driver, never see him as he is to busy with deliveries. I am an Autogas user and I find their prices the best and I travel around the country a lot. Full marks guys, keep it up and thanks. Rob
