No communication from flogas

Down to well below 10%. Should be an automatic delivery. No reply to emails and after waiting 30mins on the phone told I had another hour to wait and still 21 people in the queue. I am 78yrs old, vulnerable ,living alone and using a small halogen heater to keep warm. I am now resigned to wait until summer before I feel any warmth. I've worked all my life for this but then compared what goes on in other parts of the world:- i should not complain

Excellent service for nearly 2 years

See some shocking reviews here, they must of had an overhall of their business. I use the app to order my gas, its always delivered in a few days, the guys that do the deliveries are the nicest most helpful guys ever. They go out of their way to get the bottles in my compound and old ones out. Now its not easy changing my bottles. I had to reject a delivery last week, my fault not theirs. They were helpful and re delivered a few days later.
Be patient (it took me weeks to get through on the phone). I got an account set up in 15 minutes and, I now use the app, no waiting time except delivery. Ive been a customer well over a year now.

Flogas LOL is a joke

Flogas LOL
Been a customer for years, simply because there is no alternative.
Every time over that last 15 years that we have tried to contact them we get the same crap.
“We are currently experiencing high volumes of calls, which could result in a delay in answering you call”
“Your call is important to us, we are doing everything we can to answer your call”
Everything we we can … except actually employing a couple of extra people to answer the dam phone. What a joke.
Started with being 17th in the queue 31 minute wait time, but 10 minutes later I am now 13 in the queue with a 40 minute estimated wait time.
Played this game so many times in the past that I just put the phone on speaker, and settle down in a chair and amuse myself by writing a crap review on TrustPilot.
It gets more interesting when you actually start running low on gas and they don’t turn up to deliver. In the past I have had to resort to personally e-mailing Donal Murphy, the CEO of DCC group that own Flogas.
DCC “Core Values”? “Driven to excel in every thing we do” according to their website, apparently. LOL
Everything except answer the bloody phone I assume.
Been hanging on for 15 minutes now, only another 30 minutes to wait now apparently. Funny, that is exactly where I started.
“Thank you for your patience, we are doing everything we can to get to you.” “You are the 8th person in the queue”
Been waiting 25 minutes now, and the estimated waiting time is still 30 minutes. Perhaps they are dealing with an irate customer who is having a rant about how long it takes to get someone, anyone to answer the phone.
“Thank you for your patience, your call IS important to us and we are doin EVERYTHING we can to get to you.”
5th in the queue now apparently, just 31 minutes more to go.

Have rang 4 times on hold for over 6…

Have rang 4 times on hold for over 6 hours total ,each time promised a delivery date , ,1 time was give priority status due to my 97 year old moms medical condition living with me , this was Jan 4th and still no delivery . As we have telemetry we cannot order online, almost out of gas now .Why is this company advertising and offering incentive's to induce more customers when they cannot provide the service promised to existing ones .

Flogas, no customer serviceRE: 1627361

I had a delivery booked in January, they just didn't turn up. Can't get through on the "existing customer" line, so phoned "new customers" line, but as soon they found out that I already was already a customer I was cut off. I have been in contact by email, but flogas just make excuses and don't care about existing customers. I'm so low on gas now that we can't have the heating on or will run out for cooking and hot water, my Wife and Daughter are cold, Direct debits still get taken, I'm well in credit. How does a company like this even exist today.

Zero customer service

I cannot get through to Flogas by phone, the page for contacting them on their website isn't working and the email address they post for contacting them is invalid.
I, along with everyone else on this website, am very angry at the total lack of ANY customer service.

Try someone else...save your sanity

The only thing you can guarantee from Flogas automatic reorder is that won't be there when you need it. We never had this problem with our old supplier (Calor Gas) using a telematic signalman. Since Saturday we have spent over 3 hours of our life on hold for 3 phone calls...Its not bad customer service, as there isn't any service provided to be bad

Empty promises, Shocking ServiceAVOID

This company is a shambles!

After being told 3 times that my delivery is turning up tomorrow and each time getting a text at 4pm telling me the delivery is cancelled. Then me calling and being on hold for over 1 hour getting through into ‘customer services’ to be told the same empty promise of we will let our planners know and they will contact you to confirm delivery. Then get e mail saying delivery will be tomorrow, the next day a follow up call from customer services assuring me the delivery is on its way… then text at 4pm telling me it’s cancelled. Now have 1% gas.

I used their telemetry service which is meant to help avoid this situation. I pointed this out to ‘customer service’ person who suggested I order earlier but I pointed out by having this service you cannot manually order.

This company is an absolute disgrace.

Automated top up and no delivery since October

I have an automated refill account and haven't had a delivery since early October. In desperation I sat and queued on the phone for 38 minutes only to get through and get a message that the 'other party' had disconnected, telling me to call back later!

gets worse

promised a fill today we are down to 1% going to run out tonight. Just had an email from Flogas " your delivery has been rescheduled" despite us being less than 10 miles from their depot and one of their tankers filling up our neighbour today. Fancy words for not delivering. A hatefull company if ever there was.

If i could give zero i would

If i could give zero i would ! Seem to be in the same boat as everyone else ! No gas and therefore no heating or hot water for the 4th day ! Have 4 children In house , 1 of which is a baby ! Promised delivery but never turned up ! Over an hour on hold to get through to be told they don't know why it didn't turn up and to await an update ! Not good enough leaving people in this predicament with freezing temperatures !

After being on the phone for over an hour yesterday, chasing a delivery that never turned up and receiving an email saying it would be with us today. GUESS WHAT NO DELIVERY AGAIN AND WHEN I JUST CALLED, I WAS TOLD 6TH IN THE CUE AND THEN 10 MINUTES LATER I WAS 28TH CAN SOMEBODY FROM FLOGAS LET ME KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON ?

Promised delivery many times over the…

Promised delivery many times over the last 10 weeks came once with just 5% all the driver had left on tanker, phoned for hours sent numerous emails my tank is now 6% we don't use now for cooking or heating just hot water sink wash down only, just purchased new all electric cooker slinging LPG one out also trying to move to other supplier but still on contract for 8 months. We aren't young and with health problems. This is a terrible company they just keep you in the dark. I'm
now going through my legal company to try and get out of this dilemma, good luck to you all

Seriously concerned about failure of Flogas to top up our tank. My husband has just come out of hospital; my dog has just had an operation; I am an 80 year old with mobility problems. We have turned the heating down to try to conserve gas but the tank is now below 15 %. Help!

Have tried for a week to get through to…

Have tried for a week to get through to Flogas, (currently have two phones on the go trying to get through). Have sent messages to Customer Services via Email, had 2 x failed gas delivery dates. Now have no gas. Cannot cook and no hot water or heating. Discusting, they don't even have the courtesy to respond. Read on here that this is happening to a lot of people.

Phoned 4 times in last week On hold for over an hour each time and still no reply. No way to contact by e-mail. Web-site doesn't cover my query
Looking at previous reviews the good comments are all from over a year ago and the bad ones in the last few months. I suspect they haven't been able to recruit enough staff so service has declined markedly. Would explain failures to supply gas or answer the phone.
Time to change suppliers I think whilst I still have some gas in the tank.

Day 7 with no gas

We have now been waiting 7 days for a delivery,we are without any heating or cooking facilities. This is now beyond a joke due to the temperature is being below zero each night. We have constantly phoned you and you always say you will sort and phone back same day but never do. Your company should be ashamed of yourself letting people go without gas for this long.
