Do Flogas actually supply gas

About to run out of gas despite being under automatic top up with telemetry. Two promises of delivery ignored, third promise of call back ignored. Over three hours spent on phone but still no further forward.
They do not appear to know what customer service is.

No one answers the phone

No one answers the phone. The website is so poor is doesnt allow the customer to manage their direct debit so in order to increase or decrease payment you have to hold to speak to someone. Probably quicker to write a letter and put it in the post!

No one answers the phones

No one answers the phones - 4 days trying. I am out of gas and vulnerable. All their web site links are either one way or " page cannot be found". The Regulator must close them down NOW.

Awful customer service

Awful customer service. The worst company I have ever spoke to in my entire life. Would not recommend ever to anyone. Breach our contract by putting up our gas from 37p litre to 57p litre. Phoned them, got through after an hour told them they breached contract so put price down to 47p litre the maximum they could get away with. They also put our tank standing charge up from £60 per year to over £100 per year but don’t maintain it. After lots of emails and complaints that I’m paying for the tank to be looked after they came and painted it, as it was an eyesore. Our contract ends in March hopefully we can go with someone else as they need to go into administration.
Recently got some quotes with companies online and got quoted 40p per litre however existing customers are not able to access these prices. Calor was quoted 39p per litre for new customers. It’s diabolical that these types of companies are not regulated but instead rip off customers, provide poor customer services and don’t give a crap about their customers

Email CEO in an effort to get Action

I have tried writing to Paul Horton the CEO. I sent the email to his first name and surname separated with a dot and then flogas. co .uk. I have not had a delivery failure to my email so my guess is that it is a valid email account but neither have I had a reply. It may help if everybody writes to him direct!

Very poor customer service

Very poor customer service. Drivers don't phone to advise of delivery and would rather report no access and not deliver rather than call to gain access! Cannot speak to anyone on the phone, cannot contact via my account...how are customers supposed to get in touch? I will be switching supplier

Totally fed up.

I've tried calling over several days for up to an hour at a time to get through to Flogas to discuss a telemetry issue. The website doesn't allow this issue to be submitted. I'm totally fed up with this company.

I have used Flogas at 2 sites for…

I have used Flogas at 2 sites for several years. At one site they have never maintained the tank although charge standing charges. When notifies as to the state of the tank many many times they instead repainted the other tank twice in 3 months!!! What a shower. I also opted to have auto top up on the tank in a rural area so what did they do? Let it run out and when notified promised to deliver and did not. You cannot get through on the telephone so I advise prospective clients to use another supplier. The after sales on Flogas is abysmal. Avoid

I switched to ~Flogas from Calor

AVOID I switched to ~Flogas from Calor. It took me 45 minutes to get through to their customer service team!!! Being a new customer, I had asked them to let me know in advance of my first delivery. They failed to and don't leave a calling card to let you know gas has been delivered to your tank - so you just have to take their word for it!.

This company shouldn't be in business

This company shouldn't be in business. I wouldn't want people to lose their jobs but the company is not fit for purpose. We were switched to them when our original supplier ceased operations. There have been a number of problems, mainly getting through to someone on the phone, customer service emails not being replied to, never receiving promised call backs, and a 'priority order' placed in December still not delivered. We are stuck with them as we don't want to go back to Calor and there is no other supplier prepared to deliver to us due to our location. A lot of decent companies have gone out of business during Covid and it is shocking that this abysmal, useless, rubbish, failure of a company remains in business.

Gas tank is empty despite being on auto refill!

I am on auto refill; late last night central heating not working, checked gas hob and guess what no gas! Checked account and saw an order was raised on 27th November.... It is now January 11th and I have no heating or cooking hob. No correspondence from Flogas about potential delay.
How on earth can they leave customers without gas.
Been promised a call to confirm delivery details....let's see!

Disheartened to happy

I ordered lpg on 10/12/21 and was promised delivery by 24/12/21 , this did not materialise. On 4th January after a long wait for my call to be answered I spoke to a male representative who could not give me a delivery date but agreed to contact me within 5 hours, no such return phone call was received. On January 6th when my tank was down to 5% , after another one hour 10 minute call I spoke to a charming lady whom I later identified as Jane Cooper Peers who could not have been more helpful. She promised to take ownership of my case and let me know the result. Today I received an e-mail from Flogas promising delivery and true to their word the lorry arrived before 10am. I later received a phone call from Jane. I would certainly give Jane a 5star rating for her charm, helpfulness and the way she handled my query. Well done Jane ! a credit to your company. Flogas please update your phone system to identify a queueing arrangement.

Flogas in lockdown from customers.

It looks like many people are suffering the same set of problems. I placed an order on December 11th, 2021, despite the fact we are supposed to be on an automatic refill thanks to a sensor. We were getting low and I'm concerned. I am still waiting for any contact today on December 22nd. I am currently hanging on the phone after 40 minutes. The website is down for 'maintenance' - as it was yesterday, too. Is the company going under? Or is this the result of working from home on a mass scale i.e. no-one can be bothered to answer the phone at 3 p.m. We're in a country area and mains gas is not an option. Always a dread that we will be left without heat.
