Not happy with sample
I requested a sample of Armstrong Excelon Tile 51901 Taupe and received a sample of 51906. Needless to say I was trying to match this specific tile that had been placed in 64 apartments, so receiving a Teal instead of a Taupe tile did not help at all.

Great Price on discontinued item
We found a great price on this discontinued flooring through Floor City. The only downside was that we had to drive across town to retrieve it, there was a strange policy with regards to having it delivered to our home. Other than that, the flooring was a great match to our existing.

Helpful Customer Service
After calling a few other online flooring companies I was starting to get annoyed because they all said they would call me back with a price. Hours later and still no callback. So, I decided to checkout Floor City and found that they not only had the product in needed in stock they had a local warehouse they could transfer to near me so I could pick it up within 2 days. So, I went ahead and ordered. A couple of the other companies like efloors and qualityflooring4less finally called back but they said it would be a week or two...plus they wanted me to pay more for shipping. Thanks FC! You guys were a real life saver. I'll be sure to use you again on my next flooring project.
