Really happy with the SPC flooring I ordered from Floor Depot. The material quality is great and it was very easy to install, which made the whole job much smoother. Everything fit together nicely and the finish looks excellent. I’ll definitely be ordering more in the future!

I found this company via Google and loved the fact that I could order some free samples before making a purchase. This enabled me to make sure I was picking the right flooring for my needs and was able to colour match to my living room.
When I placed my order I received 20% off and was told that due to it being popular there was a slight delay with delivery yet taking out the bank holidays (Easter) it was actually delivered in good time with the delivery company keeping me uptodate. The flooring is good quality and laid really well, with customer service been spot on. They contacted me to make sure I didn't need anything else adding to my order and also to confirm that I'd received the order okay and had no issues. Have recommended to friends and will definitely use again.

I ordered from the floor depot for our kitchen floor. We went for herringbone century grey colour laminate and from the start it was great service, quick delivery and in great condition when it arrived. Can’t be anymore delighted with our experience!

Fabulous flooring, it was delivered exactly as promised, was easy to fit and looks great in my new little kitchen. I love the built in underlay, great for old concrete floors without having to do any preparation. i recommended you to my son too.

All items not delivered, advertised with free underlay and only flooring delivered, chased up with company with screen shots provided. one colleague agreed then 2 hours later Jess said no not on invoice. they don't fulfil orders I would stay away.

Contacted customer service with the advice sorry it's not what you want to hear but you won't be getting the underlay.

Reached out 14/4/26 asking to return items with advice from trading standards at order and contract not fullfil to return and a full refund. Still waiting for a reply so how come you replied on here but not to my request.

Floor came quickly, company are fast to respond through WhatsApp , did have a few issues with some packs but the company dealt with it instantly and sent out replacements. For the price of the wood I was skeptical as the packs were cheap but it’s amazing quality and very satisfied with everything, company also did a follow up check to make sure everything went fine with my order. Would recommend ☺️
