Fantastic flooring! Great prices, arrived quickly and really hard wearing. We’ve had our kitchen floor down for 4 years and no problems!

We’ve been using floor depot for 2 years now. Every property we renovate we always choose their flooring, because we know they always look great and are fantastic quality. Delivery is super fast!

Easy to use website with great images of their stock. Helps you visualise the floor in your home. I also sent out for a few samples and they came quickly. That sealed the deal as I could see the quality from the comfort of my home. I only needed to contact their customer services once but it was only a small query on the thresholds I ordered and it they were easy to get a hold of!

Great flooring and will definitely use again

I made an order on April 1st, with the promise of delivery between 3-7 working days. It's now April 17th and it's still not here. 10 working days later. I'll be asking for a refund and asking people to avoid this company at all costs. Robbers
Edit. They got back to me after almost 3 weeks to tell me they didn't have it in stock. Which is a lie. They're still selling it. They just didn't want to honour the price I got it for 3 weeks ago.

Arrived on time which was great.

Unfortunately they sent the wrong flooring, which can be clearly seen on their website. The lady on the phone was rude, abrupt and had zero care for their mistake. ( mistakes happen) Terrible customer service. The reasons given were laughable, however the two products (the one ordered & the one received) we clear to see on the website.

Top class flooring!!!

I recently purchased laminate flooring from Floor Depo and was amazed by the entire experience. The flooring is excellent quality, it looks fantastic once laid, durable, clean with a perfect finish.

The installation process was incredibly straightforward, making it ideal even if you’re not a professional. Everything clicked together smoothly, which saved a lot of time, effort and stress. Each plank was perfect with no flaws.

Delivery was quick and efficient, and what really stood out was the customer service. One pack arrived damaged during transit, however this was replaced promptly with no hassle at all and arrived quickly. Communication throughout was clear, responsive, and genuinely helpful. Flooring depo great company and thank you Joey for your first class service. Defo be buying from flooring depo again.

Great selection of flooring,easy to order online.Delivered on day requested,all packaging arrived undamaged and delivered by a great bloke called Scott who was really helpful.Took three packs of flooring back to the Wolverhampton three days later and a full refund was payed into my bank account the next day for the remaining planks so 5 stars from me.

I ordered 6 pack of the dove grey lvt to cover a just under 4 x 4 mtr area, and I have to say from start to finish I was really happy with the whole experience

• Ordering - very simple online process which you can put your dimensions in and it advises how many packs you will need.

• Product Quality - very happy with the wood effect look, with 7 tiles in the pack I only noticed 2 which were the same, which isn't an issue with the staggered joins, very solid and strong Product works perfectly with my underfloor heating.

• Delivery - was fast, well packaged and delivered to my front gate, delivery driver was a nice guy as well.

• Communication - very clear email information sent after order placed, I also emailed with a question the evening after I ordered and was responded to straight away the following morning.

• Price - i searched around a few different providers as I wanted the understand what sort of price I would be looking at, flooring depot was by far the best price for the full packed I.e delivered in good time and the quality look I wanted.

• Ease of use - very simple to put together with tung and Groove edging, be sure to put a few pieces together as its easy to click one edge to the other, if put together the wrong side ect then its difficult to click them together and you will be taking a full strip up and turning them around.......like I did lol

Will definitely be using these guys again for my future projects.
