We paid £65 for 1 to 3 day delivery. The delivery company messed up and admitted it to me. Their consignment clearly said next day delivery for the 6th May 2026. The delivery never arrived due an error on their part. Flooring depot refused to refund me some of the £65 even though he delivery company said they would cover some of the cost because they messed up.

I ordered my flooring on Saturday the 2nd and paid the extra £5 at checkout to choose a specific delivery date, selecting the 6th as I was off work that week. By Tuesday the 5th, I still hadn’t received any dispatch email, delivery update, or time slot, so I tried contacting customer service.

From 9am until 3:30pm, I repeatedly called the customer service team and couldn’t get through to anyone. I even had a friend calling at the same time. On multiple occasions, I got to “first in the queue” only to be hung up on. It was beyond frustrating.

Eventually, I called the Warrington store directly and spoke to a gentleman whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch, but he genuinely deserves recognition. He told me the delivery had somehow been scheduled for the 13th, which I know I would never have selected. He said, “Leave it with me, I’ll call you back in five minutes.” Honestly, I expected to never hear back, but he proved me wrong. True to his word, he called back within minutes and managed to move my delivery to Friday the 8th and it actually arrived a day earlier on Thursday the 7th.

The flooring itself arrived securely packaged and, considering the price, I wasn’t expecting much. Surprisingly, it went together far better than some of the much more expensive flooring I’ve bought in the past.

We're very happy with the waterproof SPC flooring we bought from Floor Depot. We've installed it throughout the house, including the bathroom, and in our opinion, it has a much nicer feel underfoot than tiles. My husband fitted it himself (his first time doing any flooring) and he found the process very straightforward. Visitors have commented on the high quality and seamless look. All was good with ordering from Floor Depot and with the delivery. Highly recommend!

Got confirmation and booked my delivery day.
Delivery was a day late. But this is nothing to do with the company itself.
Got my delivery. Delivery driver was great. My flooring is lovely.

After ordering and not getting the normal amount of email updates I read the reviews on here and was very worried. But I got a rapid response on email and the my concerns answered. Swapped the order so I definitely get the floor within 2 days and all done before the 4pm cut off point! Just! So very grateful for Jess getting this done for me. I have just ordered more so I can use what was left over from the job on my own house.

Haven't yet had a delivery of the Floor communication with delivery agents has been awful saying they have rung me but actually haven't. Still waiting 10 days later

Fast delivery good quality

Flooring is great value and good quality. Bought more to go in our kitchen as we liked it so much. Delivery was quick and easy and communication was great throughout. Would definitely recommend.
