Flooring is great quality- pitty about delivery times

Excellent comms throughout from purchase to delivery. Swift delivery.
A few boards had minor damage at one end, but these were used at ends where cuts were required so no issues for me.
For the price, these are a great product.
Got the samples through in good time and also full delivery. Purchased Wayward warm natural oak SPC click boards. With padded bottom allows for a small tolerance in floor height differences.
Would recommend to friends for a low cost option for wood effect flooring.

Read a few reviews regarding product quality and flooring being received damaged and then terrible customer service encounters, but we decided this was only a small minority and we'd give it a chance.
After placing the order, we weren't sure if we'd done the right thing as straight away we seemed to encounter an issue witn selecting day of choice delivery. A quick IM to Floor Depot, who were immediately responsive, said go ahead and place order and they'd ensure the date we selected was confirmed on the order. We did just that and then heard nothing for about 5 hours! Then had response to say it had been flagged to the other team who were back in the following Monday. So, we left it and hoped for the best.
We then got a response confirming the date we had chosen was confirmed.
However, next day we got an email advising our order had been despatched (this was 4 days before we wanted it for), so we thought it had gone wrong. Contacted Floor Depot and was messaged back with just a number for their delivery agents, not very helpful as we're not their customer, Floor Depot are. So we gave up worrying and thought if it's delivered too early, then it's going to be stolen, or it's not going to come in time. Right up until the morning of the delivery, the tracking showed as still with delivery agent up north, but then we got a update saying it was being delivered within a certain time frame. So it worked out in the end but wouldn't say it was a stress free experience. At least the quality of the floor is excellent and no damages we have found so far.
Would I use Floor Depot again... most probably.

Bought spc laminate flooring the order came on time and stress free also the staff was very helpfull and plenty of communication definetly would recomend

Great flooring options, great prices. The delivery is a bit slow but the team are great for giving you a call and letting you choose an exact delivery date which is helpful. But the customer service team were also great.

I nearly didn't order from Floor Depot (because of a few negative reviews) but I'm so glad I did! The Pale Limed Oak 7mm LVT flooring is fantastic value for money. It is tremendously high quality, that is simple to lay, cut and click together and it looks and feels fantastic. I laid this flooring on the entire ground floor of my house!

Spent thousands on flooring and paid extra for allocated delivery- the delivery day came and went. When called I was on hold for 50 mins, they said “who told you it was allocated delivery? You haven’t paid for it” it was clearly on the invoice. Anyway the flooring arrived but I’m still waiting on my door bars coming. Flooring was delivered a week ago- doors bars only dispatched today. Not good as it’s held everything up. I understand we are told they are delivered separately but they could have been dispatched at same time.

Fantastic experience with Floor Depot from the very start,ordered online which was so easy and gave a delivery date for two weeks after which was spot on.Lovely delivery guy called Scott who couldn’t have been more helpful and returned 3 packs left after fitting and refunded the next day.The flooring we purchased is brilliant,looks fantastic on our floor 5 stars

Ordering the flooring I needed from the Floor Depot was very easy, using the online calculator. They also colour matched the Scotia moulding I needed with the flooring, which was helpful. The laminate flooring is great quality. Delivery was very quick, with great communication too👍
