Lovely company to deal with
Lovely company to deal with, very responsive.
My fitter was Richard along with Simon, they sang for 2 days whilst fitting the floor perfectly. The floor had some issues which Richard dealt with with ease.
It looks very stylish and feels nice underfoot. My dogs used to slip when sitting upright on the old floor, this doesn't happen. I now it's not non slip, just anti slip but it's doing what I need it to do so far after a week of being down.
Very happy so far with our Floors for Paws floor, thank you.

We recently floors fitted with this company.
From start to finish I cannot rate them highly enough.
From first speaking to Tracy, to the quick and efficient service.
Within days Paul came out to our home to measure up and provide samples. We found him very helpful and when we decided to go ahead the flooring we were pleasantly surprised how quick the service was .
He has made a wonderful job laying our flooring and fully recommend him .
He also made a new friend with our dog who just loved him and his shoes!...
Great flooring if you have a pet and we are very impressed with this company .

Fantastic work!
Tracy has been an incredible help throughout the entire process. Jon from the Sussex floor company was also extremely professional and skilled at installing the floors. Everything went off without a hitch, can’t recommend this company, it’s products & the installers enough!

Absolutely excellent
From the point of enquiring about their flooring, Tracy and Mo have been helpful, friendly and patient as I waited for my kitchen and dining room to be remodelled. Delivery was exactly as expected and fitting and the fitter was brilliant. The quality of the flooring is exceptional and is absolutely stunning. I would recommend floor for paws to everyone. Just brilliant customer care and service. Thank you.

Many thanks.

I am very happy with this product as it really has massively reduced the slip potential for both my Labradors. Paul has done a brilliant job and I would not hesitate to recommend both him and the flooring.

A happy owner and an even happier Newfoundland
My experience with this company has been
nothing, but perfect. From the initial enquiry and them answering all of my random and detailed questions to dealings with some installation questions, sourcing a place for us to get extra adhesive before Christmas as our workmen had misplaced ours and now being over the moon with the final finish. Our fitter who fits a lot of LVT flooring said this is the toughest he’s ever seen.
We have a Newfoundland and seeing him play on this floor with no slippage makes me so happy! He has such good grip on the floor, running on it, getting up from laying down, everything is easier for him now we have this floor. It also looks great. We were concerned that it may look more industrial, but it doesn’t at all, not one bit, it looks great!
It is a little more difficult to clean due to the additional grip, but that is totally worth it.
The customer service you get from these guys is amazing! Thank you Mo and Tracy!

I’m so glad that I found this company…
I’m so glad that I found this company and product! Our lab has had dysplasia for years and had a hip replacement so her legs are not in the best shape. The kitchen floor was a nightmare as she always skidded and slipped on it and you dreaded the doorbell going when she was in there as she rushed the front door - it was an accident waiting to happen. We were really keen to see what difference the Floor for Paws floor made and it’s brilliant! She doesn’t hesitate anymore moving from carpet to the kitchen floor, no more skidding as she rushes in and out and for the first time ever she’s lying down on the floor because now she can easily get up off it. It looks great, easy to clean and we laid it ourselves. I’m hoping that they’ll release a slate look design soon to go with the stone and wood. Service was excellent and all the staff so helpful and a pleasure to deal with. The bonus on top of this is the money from each purchase going to the Dog’s Trust, we couldn’t ask for more!

I cannot praise this company enough
I cannot praise this company enough. I run a home from home doggy boarding and daycare nursery, and after spending thousands of pounds on different floorings over the years to cope with lots of paws and accidents, I came upon this company while doing internet searches. It all sounded too good to be true but decided to go with it for the dog nursery and hallway. The whole process took two days whilst the excellent fitters laid a waterproof layer followed by the flooring. After it was finished, I couldn’t get over how brilliant it all looked, and all the dogs have loved it, with no problems at all. It is easy to keep clean and sterilised as required by my license, and after several months of heavy use, is still as good now as it was when laid. I was so impressed with it I decided that when our new kitchen was installed, I would have this floor installed as well. Different fitters this time but just as congenial and friendly, and just as good at their job. Throughout the customer service has been exemplary with emails being answered straight away and any queries resolved immediately. I think this is an absolutely brilliant product which along with fantastic customer service is more than deserving of 5 stars. Good luck with your company for the future. I will certainly be recommending you.

I’ve given it a bit of time before…
I’ve given it a bit of time before writing this as I wanted to give it a chance. My Labrador is 10, he can walk fine, and runs about over the field, although has had a leg op in the past, and I’ve had carpet down In my house for years. I thought I would give floors for paws a go as I wanted a more hygienic floor I could clean, but also wanted my boy to be able to walk on it ok, so this seemed perfect. I spent a lot of money doing my whole downstairs, and unfortunately he is slipping on it, I advised the company of this, and was told it was due to him having carpet before and being light footed. They coated the floor with a non slip solution, which wasn’t meant to change the look of the floor, but it has, it now has a “wet look” about it, and the coating did not go on evenly due to the ridges in the floor, so some bits are shiny and some bits are Matt. My boy is still slipping on it. I have had to buy rugs and runners for him. Also the floor has visible humps in it, as the flooring is quite pliable and bends with the bumps in the floor underneath. All in all I love the colour and look of it (before the solution was put on) but in my experience it’s not non slip for dogs, and can leave you with humps unless your floor is perfectly flat.
Update....
Just to add, I’m not saying the company is at fault, they were as helpful as they could be, and I’m just unlucky I have bumps in my floor. But to people wanting 100% for their dogs not to slip, carpet is the only option. My floor fitter was brilliant and did a great job. Like I say I was just unlucky.

Life-changing for our puppy
Thank you Floors For Paws! Our Chow Chow puppy has hip dysplasia and really struggled just walking on our slippy wood flooring downstairs. After finding FFP on Google, we visited the showroom, picked out flooring, had it ordered and delivered all really quickly and smoothly. The floor looks amazing, is durable and easy to clean, but most importantly our puppy can walk and play around without slipping. The difference is incredible. We’re so happy and would definitely recommend to anyone in a similar situation to us!

Disappointed
This floor cost me over £3000 in total. I could have had solid wood for the same price or cheaper but I thought it was worth it so that my dog wouldn't slip, as claimed in the description. Unfortunately I am so disappointed. The floor looks nice but my dog is so afraid to walk on it. He only has to play with a toy and he slides on the floor. He can't chase his ball at all anymore.
The floor is also very hard as it is stuck directly onto the concrete.
I am disappointed with the floor considering how expensive it was. In retrospect I wish I had installed a wooden floor.

Love our flooring
Love our flooring. Mo and Tracy were really helpful and quick to respond with any queries. Flooring looks great and Jason our fitter was fabulous. Highly recommend.

Mo and team have been informative about a delay with my order and even delivered it personally when my flooring was back in stock. Very happy with service and the quality of work. My flooring in my living room, kitchen, downstairs toilet and hallway looks absolutely fantastic and that's down to great professional work, advice and assistance provided by Lees flooring. I must highlight that Lee and his son were very polite, professional and very efficient! Thank you for all support throughout the process!

I would like to thank Tracy And Mo for…
I would like to thank Tracy And Mo for all your help. Our biggest problem was choice of colour. We have just had a oak staircase fitted, so it came down to match or contrast. Tracy was able to give some good advise, but in the end we chose Sherwood.
Jason our fitter went above and beyond in the fitting of the new floor, taking 2 days and finishing at 8.00 on the final day.
The new floor looks stunning, we are so pleased. The only one who wasn’t too sure was Sam our Lab, but with a trail of treats he eventually got the hang of it.
Thanks again to the whole team.

Where to begin?
Where to begin? Mo fabulous communicator, flooring A-mazing! Went with Greenwood and boy are we really happy with it. It just looks so real. Doggies like it and no real mishaps even when giddy. I have huge playful mastiffs and by far this flooring suits them. The fitter, Richard could not have been better, lots of attention to those awkward spots and great finishing. Can't believe how good this looks. Absolutely recommend this flooring and will be having more once extension built. Bravo-Woof!!

From my initial enquiry to…
From my initial enquiry to installation, Mo and the team have been great. All my questions and concerns were answered and we eventually chose the Greenwood flooring which is beautiful and looks just like real wood. Stefan the fitter was fab too, very efficient and great attention to detail. Our dogs got used to the flooring straight away and are happily doing zoomies around the room.
🐾 stylish and paw friendly 🐾
It’s taken me a while to write this review (sorry Mo), as I had the flooring installed in November 2019. I went for the Darwin flooring and love the colour.
Mo recommended a local fitter who did a brilliant job. I even had a full box left over after the downstairs installed, so the fitter came back and installed it in my bathroom for me.
The communication with Tracy and Mo was brilliant and I do love my floor. It has given me some headaches over cleaning it as a simple mop doesn’t get the dirt out of the ridges and for the first few months I had to remove excess glue, which was then capturing dirt, hence my delay in reviewing but this was down to the fitter not Floors for Paws. Mo has always been on hand to advise how to clean and not damage the floor which is great. My only wish is that I could use a steam mop on it!
As others have mentioned, it the dogs are in zoomies mode, they will still scrabble for grip but when being sensible they cope with the floor much better than any other hard flooring.
My neighbours even spotted the boxes in the bin and said they would be ordering it too. I would purchase again in the future for another house.

Gorgeous! Communication was fantastic from start to finish with Tracy & Mo from Floorsforpaws. Danny the fitter and his lads have done a fantastic job, lovely guys, hard working and polite, they have fitted this flooring in hallway and kitchen and next will be my bathrooms! Flooring simply stunning! Thanks everyone.

So when your dog sleeps on the new flooring instead of her bed it must be good. An improvement on the Karndean flooring we had before. Excellent service from Tracy and Mo. Refreshing to deal with a company who still offer the personal touch. The fitter recommended was Jamie who was very informative and efficient.
