Appalling customer service , I order shoes that were described as leather , they was not leather and bad stitching , cheaply made , cost £25 and they refused a refund saying it would cost me too much to return the shoes and offered me £2 to keep the shoes , months gone by and still in dispute with them , their last reply was it’s not their fault I’m not satisfied!! I ordered a UFH kit for a customer's bathroom installation and it was delivered very quickly and the kit was exceptional value for money. I've seen a similar kit retailing for over 3 times the cost of what I paid.
I'm delighted, my customer is delighted and I will definitely order again.

I bought a 20 square meter 4Kw mat for my conservatory. Ordering was a breeze and the gear arrived the next day, with an extra complemenary floor primer. By mistake, the thermostat I was sent was a remote control one which would not switch 20 amps, but after simple phone call they replaced it along with a postage paid returns envelope.
Priming the floor and laying out the mats was a doddle. My tiler said he wouldn't tile directly on to the mats though as he was afraid he may cause damage with his trowel so he insisted that I used leveling compound to cover the mat at an extra cost of £1 per square meter.
After installation the wiring was tested but I didn't use it fo 4 months over summer and when I did finally turn it on I had a problem understanding the instructions for the thermostat. Another simple phone call resulted in very clear and helpful advice to get me up and running.
The system works great and the service and product quality from Floorwarmers is second to none. It is a pleasure to do business with such an efficient customer focussed company. I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone without any reservations.

I was looking for a replacement thermostat to replace one that had failed (probably due to overload of the electric underfloor 3.6Kw on a 3.5Kw thermostat. I found what appeared to be right on thier website, made a phone call got all my questions answered so ordered straight away on site. Delivered next day installed and working perfectly. Easier to use and more comprehensive than the other thermostat.
IB-TR3130 WHITE 30amp replaced an AUBE TH232AF only slightly dearer but worth it.

Although the kit is not yet fitted, I am delighted with the service so far, - delivery, and phone support (re the resistance test). I fully expect the performance to measure up to that.

I live on a small island in the Orkneys. When i order things on the internet the carriage is extortionate, the parcels arrive late and it can be very frustrating. I have had a small porch/conservatory put onto my home and are putting Bamboo wood flooring down. I saw Floorwarmers site and contacted them for underfloor heating. They were very helpful and answered all my questions. The product came promptly, and it was just the job !

Having decided to put in electric underfloor heating, I researched both the products and the companies supplying them pretty extensively. We opted for the loose wire system rather than the mats and, having laid it yesterday, found it very straight forward (although I did spent a lot of time measuring and marking out, which I think was time well spent!).

The level of customer service from Floorwarmers was exceptionally good. They provided me with excvellent advice (even before I committed to buying from them), the order was delivered exceptionally quick and the product was top notch. I'd certainly not hesitate to recommend Floorwarmers to people and, should I decide to lay under floor heating again, will definitely use them.

It's a shame that more companies cannot live up to the standard these guys set!

thank you for your quick and easy to use site shopping for what we wanted was so easy and quick delivery was good as well will use again for future goods as and when required and will recommend to others should be fitting over the next few weeks and will leave another review a few weeks after that to let you know how things went.

We have yet to install the flooring but must say how impressed we were with the ordering and delivery service. I am sure we will be ordering more flooring for the bathroom!

We are very pleased with the underfloor matting. It is such a luxury. We found it effotless to put into place in the conservatory. The digital thermostat is very easy to program and use. I would recommend this system. The Company have been extremely helpful, especially because we ordered the wrong size initially.

Good quality and good value product.
Fitted two of the largest mats in a 44m2 extension 6 months ago. So far excellent. So I have now bought mats for the kitchen.
The best thermostat is worth the extra £8.
They have a discount on floor mats at the moment - but don't forget to enter the code at the checkout like I did! Why don't they just charge the discounted price. It feels like they are trying to catch you out.
