This company is the worst ever!!!!!! Do not order from them. The second time I used them they shipped some sad looking arrangement that wasn't what I chose. But replaced it with something nicer after I complained. But this last time I ordered they put a pending charge of 147.39 on my checking acct. Ok fine, the next day they put another pending the same amount. So they tied up my account for another 147.39. I have overdraft protection and it's the 1st of the month my bills draft out but mine you the pending charges they put on my account isn't enough to pay my bills without going into overdraft protection at $30 each traction. I call the they apologize and say the charge will fall off after 5-7 days. So I'm at a -$100.00 and The pending charge falls off in 3 days!! I'm pissed!!!!!!!!!

I wish I had read these reviews before contacting these people. Fortunately, I didn't end up ordering anything from them. They kept me on the phone for 30 minutes, during which I used the long hold times to research other companies. When the CSR finally got back to me I thanked her for her time and told her I was going to go with someone else. She offered to take $5 off, then $7, then $10. I finally just had to hang up on her. 5 minutes later I listen to a voicemail left by an unknown number and it's her! She reminded me that it was late in the day and the chances of my finding someone else to deliver flowers to the 11:00 memorial service the next day weren't very good. Unbelievable!

Terrible service and Bouquet delivered was not what was ordered
I had ordered a flower bouquet worth $100 for my mom, also paid $24 for delivery, to be delivered ON Mother's Day. The flowers were not delivered, i received a text message saying they were delayed and would be delivered on Monday, I thought okay it's a busy day and i changed where they should be delivered. Monday came and another text message delay, this went on for the whole week! I did try calling but never got a human, tried texting them back, no responses. The following Monday I received a phone call asking if I still wanted the flowers delivered, I said yes, they said they would have an apology for the delay card sent with it, my mom received them from Safeway that night no card from them. She sent me a picture of the flowers and they were nothing like what I had ordered, it was maybe a $50 bouquet very disappointing and I will never use a third party again, I will call a florist in her town next time.
I wish I could attach the photo of the flowers she did receive.

I received two random little plants instead of roses . Completely different order.my father was really upset as he tried making it very special. I'm one of the victims as I'm writing this comment.
They will take orders they cannot complete. here are the details below:
Flowers were for my daughter's graduation on 5/23/21.
Sunday Morning, 5/23/21: I talked to a lady named Sarah and placed the order. Got no confirmation email as promised, but my credit card was charged.
Sunday Night: No flowers received for my daughter. No communication from the company.
When I called Sunday Night, I could not speak to anyone and ended up leaving a message after one hour (1 hr) long hold.
Robovoice said I would get a callback. No callback on Sunday night.
Monday: spoke to Chris. I confirmed my email and was told the flowers would be delivered Today, Monday, 5/24/21.
On Monday's call, I was also told there would be a partial refund for the failure to deliver. As of now, no refund on the credit card.
I asked for a manager.
The manager told me the same thing. Neither would tell me the local florist given the order so I could call to confirm they had flowers to fill the order.
I ended up canceling the order after spending many hours on the phone.

If I could give negative stars I would. This is a SCAM. I order flowers for Mothers Day, and they never delivered, I tried 3 times to contact them and they never responded. I had to file a complaint with my credit card company to get the money back.

Scam! If your order has not been delivered and you have not received a confirmation, and you placed the order with a credit card, Call you credit card provider to make a claim and get a refund! It was the only way I got my money back and it only took a few days.

I am absolutely livid right now! I ordered flowers and chocolate for my daughter in law who lost her grandma yesterday. These @#$% bags emailed me twice saying the flowers would be delivered by 6pm. After 6 I emailed back with a not so nice message for them. I then got an email saying my order was delivered. I live in the same complex as my son and daughter in law so clearly they were lying. I even walked through every building to make sure. I have left message as well as another email that I am filing a police report and also contacting the police in Tustin which is the listed address on their contact page. Completely wrong order and flowers are delivered dead
Absolute Garbage service ordered flowers and completely messed up the order and won't send the correct order.

Ordered an arrangement for my mother in law for her birthday and Mother’s Day combined. The order was to be delivered on sat after unsuccessfully trying to contact them over the weekend, finally contacting them on Monday. Monday I was reassured the delivery would be done that day, Friday still no delivery. Called back to ask what the issue was and was told the order was cancelled. Bianca whom I spoke with Monday and Friday proceeded to tell me the order was cancelled, even though she reassured me Monday it would be delivered that day. Thanks for ruining two holidays for a woman that means so much to me!!

Will not return emails, messages, or answer their phone. Tried to get the charges refunded, they charged me instead. My Mothers didn't receive anything for Mother's Day and still nothing a whole week later :( Bad karma on this business...

Never delivered the flowers I ordered for my mother in law. tried to call customer service, which appears to only be a fax number. they didn't take any action until I emailed to complain, days later. Just received a text to say "sorry we couldn't deliver your flowers. we canceled the order and will refund you."
