I will be filing a complaint with BBB and FTC today!
I ordered flowers for Mother's Day (order #9395603) and they were never delivered even though they were charged for them. I sent an email demanding a refund of my money but they did not respond. I tried calling several times and when they finally answered the phone they hung up on me. This business is a complete fraud! Stay away from them!

I ordered flowers for my daughters for Mother’s Day, they never received the flowers. I’ve called their customer service number, no one never answers. I’m so sorry that I didn’t read the reviews first. I used my debit card for the purchase, so I don’t think I’ll be able to get our money back.

Updating from a previous review as my flowers just arrived at 8:45 PM at night, two days late. The flowers were from a local company and though they apologized, it still does not absolve flowerdelivery for their terrible support/non-communication. The flowers do no look like the ones I selected. They are decent however not worth the 146 dollars I paid given the site charges you in US dollars without any obvious indication and also because they were late and the sentiment was lost. Bumped it a star as I received the order but I would strongly avoid them and look elsewhere like within the same locale.

Scam. Mother's day came and went with no flowers delivered. Don't answer phones or emails. Took my money. I'm embarrassed for myself and for humanity. Good news is I got an order number which made me feel like it was ok for a couple days while I was waiting for the flowers - 9360853.

What a horrible company!!!!! I ordered flowers for my mom and dad who is going thru cancer right now. They have both have had cancer. What would be better than a cheery bouquet? So I spent over $100 for nice flowers for Mother's Day. They were not delivered on mothers day but the next day and it looks NOTHING like what was advertised. Scam!!!! According to their website you can get your money back. Wrong. They supposedly have a 24-7 call line. Also wrong. You can't even leave a message it rings and rings. I am reporting them to the B.B.B.

BEWARE! I wish I had read the reviews before ordering from these scam artists. Too bad I can't give zero stars. Promised to have flowers delivered the day before Mothers day, it is now the monday after and still no flowers. These crooks will not take calls or update as to when the flowers will arrive. I ended up cancelling the charge on my credit card.

This arrangement was so beautiful online, however upon arrival looked nothing like what I expected. It's extremely smaller, with hardly any plants. I couldn't be more disappointed, It's almost embarrassing. The discription and the delivered product are like night and day. I spent around 150 dollars on this I only wish I could send it back and start over. The online photo showed a full beautiful basket the delivered product is so skimpy and cheap from the basket to the ribbon to the flowers/plants they just look NOTHING like what the website pictured at all!! DON'T spend time looking on this website just order anything because you will not get what you thought you paid for. There was no try with this order. Not ever again will I use this or any company's affiliated with this company 0 stars. No confirmations of any kind for purchase or delivery. I also could not find a place on there website for reviews. That'll be my red flag from now on, all legit company's have a place on there website for reviews.

Horrible customer service. US currency for Canadian delivery. No delivery was made. No contact about the delivery, no emails answered, no calls answered. DO NOT ORDER THROUGH THIS COMPANY!! What a waste.

I ordered flowers here for Mother’s Day 5/8/21 and they came on Mother’s Day 5/9/21 to put a smile on my moms face. I’m glad this company was able to help me do this. Excellent

I'd give zero stars if I could. Don't ever order from here. They will never deliver your flowers, and will never answer any of your phone calls or emails asking where they are. If you're looking for a sign, I'm telling you- don't do it.

Just like all the other comments, ordered flowers for mothers day delivery on Saturday. Still have not seen them. Have made numerous calls and sent messages through the site and have no response. Thought requesting a Saturday delivery would make it a little easier on the florist. Also thought it was very odd that I never received a confirmation email. I also ordered from another site for someone else got a confirmation email and the flowers were delivered on Saturday like requested and they are beautiful. Won't use this company again.

I went to FlowerDelivery.com to order Mother's Day flowers. I picked the "Designer's Choice" option under "Mother's Day Flowers" which promised "a most beautiful and unforgettable Mother's Day bouquet" fashioned by "experienced floral designers." They delivered a small potted Sansevieria, commonly known as "Snake Plant" or worse, "Mother in Law's Tongue." This cost me more than $100 Canadian dollars. Order #9398831.

Scam, didn’t receive order and none of my calls about a refund are being returned.

Flowers did not arrive on time. No one has responded via email nor by phone. Order number 9345736. Never trusting again. This is a SCAM!!!! Overpriced charged in US currency for a Canadian delivery!

Scam - they promised delivery on Mother's Day. Late in the day the text announcing delivery cannot be made. They charge my card though. Don't bother phoning or emailing customer service either. It won't connect, this is an online scam company :(

No order confirmation, just a text message late on mothers day they wouldn't deliver till the following day.

Worst customer service ever. Ordered last year and went fine. This is beyond terrible service where you cannot track the order. Word to the wise if you cannot track your order do not use them.

This was a scam. I’m very heartbroken and disappointed for my mom this Mother’s Day. I bought her the beautiful Goldi Locks bouquets and it costed me $120 and it was all a scam and there is no way to get a hold of any representatives.
Shame on you for this.

I am so irritated with myself for not checking reviews prior. I sent flowers $150 to my dying Aunt (less than two months with us) and not delivered today and no way to confirm. We need to ban together to put this non-florist scam site out of business.
