You can easily log in to the airline's website using the booking reference or online check-in number stated on your e-ticket. This will allow you to see any changes directly, as updates are processed in real time.
If you wish to change or cancel your flight at this stage, this will be handled according to the fare conditions of your ticket. Absolutely horrible service
Absolutely horrible service. Non existent. My flight was cancelled one day before due to an airport strike. No live support thought telephone available. No notifications or emails with any information about the strike, the cancellation what are my alternatives. It was the wedding of my sister. Shame on you. Hope nobody use this service anymore

Poor Customer Service – Not a Competent Provider
Sehr schlechter Kundenservice. Wir mussten am Ende alles selbst organisieren. Der Flugladen hat uns nicht rechtzeitig darüber informiert, dass unser Flug annulliert wurde. Erst nachdem wir dies selbst bei der Fluggesellschaft festgestellt und den Flugladen kontaktiert haben, wurde reagiert.
Trotzdem konnten die Mitarbeiter im Kundenservice nicht kompetent und zeitnah weiterhelfen. Uns wurde keine Alternative angeboten, obwohl uns diese rechtlich zusteht.
Wir waren gezwungen, auf eigene Kosten neue Flüge zu buchen, wodurch zusätzliche Kosten entstanden sind und wir nun zu spät zu einem wichtigen Termin kommen.
Auch die deutschsprachige Mitarbeiterin war nicht bereit, das Problem zu lösen. Stattdessen wurden wir mehrfach an verschiedene Chatbots verwiesen – ohne Ergebnis.
Insgesamt eine sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung. Nicht empfehlenswert und aus unserer Sicht kein seriöser Anbieter.
Very poor customer service. In the end, we had to organize everything ourselves. We were not informed in time that our flight had been cancelled. We only found out by checking with the airline ourselves and then contacted the booking agency.
Even then, the customer service staff were unable to provide competent and timely assistance. We were not offered any alternative, although we are legally entitled to one.
As a result, we were forced to book new flights at our own expense, which caused additional costs and means we will now arrive late for an important appointment.
The German-speaking agent was also unwilling to resolve the issue. Instead, we were repeatedly directed to different chatbots – without any solution.
Overall, a very disappointing experience. Not recommended and, in our opinion, not a reliable provider.

Absolutely unacceptable and extremely frustrating experience with Flugladen.
I strongly advise everyone to avoid this company at all costs.
I had to cancel my trip due to a serious medical condition and submitted a valid medical certificate confirming that I was unfit to fly. Despite this, Flugladen showed zero willingness to help and completely ignored the situation.
They hide behind airline policies instead of taking responsibility as the booking agent. Their responses are generic, slow, and clearly designed to avoid giving proper solutions.
Even after a significant flight change and providing medical proof, they refused to offer a fair resolution. This is not just poor service — it is a complete lack of professionalism and customer care.
In a real emergency, you expect support. Instead, you get indifference and excuses.
I deeply regret booking through Flugladen and will never use their service again. Save yourself the stress and book directly with airlines instead.

Please note that many airlines currently refer medical cancellations to the cancellation insurer; however, due to the significant change in your flight schedule, I have requested a full refund for those segments and an exception for the remainder.
