I would like to rate them even less than 1 star. Worst 3rd party travel agency online, they have no accountability. They only blame the airlines. They told me the airline canceled my flight the day I was in the airport checking in. I spoke to someone and he said my flight ia still on, Qatar airways was canceling alot of flight thats why I keep on checking online and with them, just few days before my flight someone from their chat my flight was on but what they didnt tell me is that im not in the flight list for that day.

Thank you for your feedback. It is clear that the situation at the airport was difficult, especially since the flight status was checked multiple times.
Information regarding waiting lists is managed directly by the airline's operational systems. This specific data is not shared with us, meaning the flight always remains active on our end in that situation, also on the airline website.
Every airline does this on every flight; we have no influence on this.
I advise you to contact the airline about this, or alternatively Airhelp, which you purchased with your booking.
Hopefully this helps to understand the situation.

AVOID flugladen at all costs!!
I don't usually take the time to write a review, but my experience with Flugladen was so awful, so dismal, that I feel it is worth my time to warn others. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. I received an email from Flugladen yesterday, stating that my flight has been cancelled, and that Flugladen has requested a refund from the airline on my behalf. However, when I went online to check my options for rebooking, I saw that my original flight was not cancelled at all, and in fact they were still SELLING TICKETS for this flight! Thinking that there must be some mistake, I contacted the airline to see what had happened, and if my ticket could be salvaged. The very kind and courteous airline rep. said that there had been a minor re-scheduling issue, and that I could keep my original booking, but Flugladen would first have to recind the refund request they sent on my behalf. This seemed easy enough, so I went to the Flugladen customer service chat to solve the issue. However, Flugladen outright refused to resind the refund request, and said it was impossible to cancel a refund request once it had been made. This is a total lie, because according to the airlines, the refund request has nothing to do with them, and my ticket was still in their system and would be honored. All Flugladen had to do is cancel the refund request on their end!!! Since Flugladen refused to do this, I now have to rebook the ticket, ON THE VERY SAME FLIGHT (because it was NEVER CANCELLED), but pay an additional 200€, since it is now a month later and getting close to departure time. Absolutely ridiculous. Flugladen is not at all interested in helping their customers, even with the most easily resolved problems, and I will never use their service again.

Wenn eine Fluggesellschaft eine Flugplanänderung vornimmt und in diesem Fall den Flug storniert – worüber wir informiert wurden –, suchen wir zunächst nach Alternativen. Sollten keine verfügbar sein, wird die Rückerstattung beantragt.
Sobald die Rückerstattung in unserem System gestartet wurde, läuft sie automatisiert ab und kann nicht rückgängig gemacht werden. In diesem Stadium wird der Antrag an die Fluggesellschaft gesendet, um Ihre Rückerstattung zu beantragen. Daher konnten wir den Rückerstattungsantrag leider nicht stornieren oder das ursprüngliche Ticket reaktivieren.
Ich verstehe, dass dies aufgrund der Preisdifferenz bei einer Umbuchung ärgerlich ist. Da Fluggesellschaften ihre eigenen Richtlinien für die Bearbeitung von Rückerstattungen haben, sind unsere Möglichkeiten nach Beginn des Verfahrens begrenzt.

They canceled the ticket right before the flight and falsely claimed the airline had canceled it, yet I was able to rebook the same airline and time afterward.

Checked in on their portal- it never…
Checked in on their portal- it never checked me in. Supposedly there were “errors” I made while checking in which they didn’t send to me till I was at the airport, with no boarding pass at security (I realized right in that time- because when I first checked in, I paid .79cents to check in which they charged, sent me an email I was all set and I assume the attachment at the bottom would be my boarding pass). Which ultimately led to me missing my flight and rebooking another one double the price. Thanks for that !

I booked a flight through Flugladen and…
I booked a flight through Flugladen and cancelled it shortly after purchase. Later, I found out that the flight itself was cancelled by the airline.
Despite this, I am still waiting for a full refund. I have already contacted both the airline and Flugladen, but the issue is not resolved yet.
I expect a full refund according to EU passenger rights. I hope Flugladen will resolve this issue as soon as possible.

It shows the best price, collects your data and then doesnt complete the booking, it says there is an error then asks you to restart the search, only then to increase the price. Rinse and repeat.
It is probably just a scam to steal data.

Airlines update ticket prices and availability in real time. Sometimes a price changes exactly at the moment you are trying to book. In that case, the airline no longer offers the original fare, and the system must display the current price. This is not a way to collect data, but a consequence of the rapid price fluctuations for flights due to high demand.
