There is no alternative seating…
There is no alternative seating arrangement available, and yet my reservation was cancelled despite being made specifically so I could sit together with my 3-year-old daughter. That was the entire purpose of the booking.
This situation is completely unacceptable and misleading. I expect a clear explanation for why this happened and an immediate resolution.
A refund of €23 taking several weeks is not reasonable. I expect this to be processed urgently without unnecessary delay.

When a seat reservation cannot be provided by the airline, the booking for those seats is cancelled and a refund is initiated. The refund of €23 has been processed on our end. The processing time depends on the bank that issued your credit card. I recommend contacting your bank for more information on when the amount will appear in your account.

Easy and quick
Ticket booking and details entering was easy and quick. So 4 star rating, and 1 star reduced because in some airports like Delhi airport, one needs to bring a pdf with passenger details like name and passport number, else the airport security does not allow you to enter the airport and then you have to go through some hassle. So, a request please provide a pdf in the email with name and also passport number and details. This helps a lot.

A bit of a long process
Lots of extra are there where they are trying to get you to book insurances and other stuff. Which makes of course the process longer.

Very pleasant booking experience, flawless i'd even say!
No annoying 50 popups about additional luggage or any tv shows you want to watch mid flight, all in a very simple layout so you don't have to unnecessarily uncheck all additional things some booking websites tend to just put in there as well.
Many payment options as well and no forced signup. Received my flight E-Pass in like 2 hours after booking via email. Nothing bad at all for me to speak of.
Best flight booking I've done all year, keep up the amazing work you guys!

EasyJet confirmed they sent my refund from a cancelled flight to Flugladen 3 weeks ago (I have the transcript), but Flugladen is holding my money and they avoid answering my questions on their costumer Service chat.
