I am very disappointed with the website, it is only in German and refuses to translate to other languages. This causes a lot of confusion and unnecessary mistakes. I was unsure with the process until the end.

Absolutely terrible experience with Flugladen.

My flight was moved by more than 10 days, and dealing with customer service afterwards was an exhausting nightmare.

I received completely contradictory information from different agents. First I was told that no rebooking was possible under any circumstances. Then I was suddenly given a specific alternative flight with full timings and told that confirmation would arrive within 24–48 hours. After waiting, I was informed that the airline had rejected it and that no alternative flights — including other airlines — were possible at all.

Every conversation felt like starting from zero again. I had to repeat the same explanations multiple times, while agents kept repeating scripted responses instead of actually helping.

What made the situation even worse was being told that even a refund for a major airline schedule change was supposedly still “subject to airline approval”.

This is not in line with basic passenger rights. In case of a significant schedule change, passengers are entitled to re-routing under comparable transport conditions or a full refund. Despite this, I was repeatedly told that only limited options exist or that nothing could be done.

Instead of receiving proper support, I was pushed back and forth between the airline and the agency with no clear responsibility taken by anyone.

Very disappointing customer service, poor communication, and an extremely frustrating overall experience. I would seriously reconsider booking through this company again.

Update:

After speaking with an agent via the chat function, I requested a full refund. A few days later, I received an email stating that my refund request had been rejected because the “conditions were not met” — despite the fact that my flight had been rescheduled by more than 10 days and I should have been entitled to a full refund under EU passenger rights.

Only after posting this review here did I suddenly receive an email from Flugladen asking for my details again. After several more days, my refund was finally approved.

So in the end, it seems that this issue was only properly handled because of this public review and because someone actually looked into the case after reading it. Without posting here, I honestly believe I would never have received my money back.

Even now, around €15 were deducted from the refund amount, although this should not have happened in my opinion. Still, at least I finally received something after all the stress and contradictory information.

Sehr gut booking and preis

I am very dissatisfied with your service.
You charge extremely high fees for changing a flight ticket, which are not justified at all.
The costs are excessive and not proportional to the actual service provided.
There is also a lack of transparency, as these additional fees are not clearly explained.
As a customer, this feels unfair and exploitative.
A good service should be flexible, fair, and customer-oriented, which is unfortunately not the case here.
I cannot recommend your service and I hope you seriously reconsider your pricing and improve your customer support.

Offers many flight options. Easy to navigate. User-friendly. Not many ads. I found the best deal.

The improvement that I felt, you don't have option to switch the language from Germany to English. This is the flaw that needs to be removed and English should be included.
