Overall, the website is okay and gets the job done when it comes to booking and managing flights, but the experience was average and there is still room for improvement, especially in terms of response speed and clarity during the booking process.
I would like to thank the support team for their cooperation and quick responses, and a special thank you to Ms. Bianca for her kind assistance and support in resolving my issue. Her help made the process much easier and more comfortable.
In general, it was an acceptable experience with some areas that could be improved

This is a terrible website
This is a terrible website, riddled with technical errors. I incurred a loss of 400 euros due to a technical glitch on the site: I intended to book a trip for May 13th, but the system mistakenly recorded it as May 15th. I even recorded a video demonstrating how the website fails to process dates correctly.

Bei Flugplanänderungen erfolgt die Information immer vorab an die hinterlegte E-Mail-Adresse. Wenn eine Buchung aus einem Ticket für den Hin- und Rückflug besteht und der Hinflug nicht angetreten wird, storniert die Fluggesellschaft gemäß ihren Tarifbestimmungen automatisch auch den Rückflug. Auf diesen Prozess der Airline hat das Reisebüro leider keinen Einfluss.
Da die Kommunikation vor dem Abflug stattgefunden hat, wurden die notwendigen Informationen bereitgestellt. Ich empfehle, bei Unklarheiten vor der Reise direkt Kontakt aufzunehmen, um solche Situationen zu vermeiden.

We had booked a couple of times via Flugladen now and have had good experiences so far. The ticket prices were a lot cheaper (upto 3 times once). I can recommend it to other fellow Travelers.

Very disappointed with the service from Travix regarding booking FL-53118314. I have been trying to finalize my rescheduled flight since the beginning of the week. Even after confirming the 20 May option and sending multiple reminders, there has been no proper response or updated e-ticket. This level of delay and communication is highly unprofessional. Please resolve this urgently.
