When booking a flight, checking and arranging the correct travel documents and visas is the responsibility of the traveler. This information is also stated in the booking confirmation. Because the required documents were not complete, the airline could unfortunately not allow boarding.
I always advise to check all required travel documents before completing a booking on a website.

Unfortunately, I pre-paid for a carry-on bag when I booked with you for over 47 euros, as shown on the invoice.
But at the airport, the airline said that pre-paying for a bag is not allowed, and I had to pay another 75 dollars.
The airline told me that they didn’t have any record of it and that you are an intermediary company.
