My flight is operated by two airlines. I booked one piece of luggage for the flight, but it was only able for one way. Now the airline for the flight back says that I need to book the luggage trough flugladen and flugladen says I need to do it directly by the airline.

From flugladen i get only automated answers by chatbots and no help whatsoever

Finger weg von dieser Seite. Vor drei Monat habe ich eine Reise gebucht. Ohne Grund. Die Reise ist storniert worden und ich Wartezeit. Eine Monat wegen Rückgabe meine Geld nach viele angerufen und E-Mail schreiben. Bis jetzt hab ich keine Antwort bekommen.

Easiness of booking , price.

I am extremely disappointed with Flugladen's handling of my booking.
My flight (SV167 from Jeddah to Frankfurt on 03 April 2025) could not be used because I lost my passport a few hours before departure.
I immediately tried to change or cancel the booking through both Saudia Airlines and Flugladen. However, I was unable to do so because all changes had to be processed through Flugladen, and their customer service was not available when I needed assistance.
I contacted Saudia Airlines directly and was informed that a rebooking was possible, but only through Flugladen as the travel intermediary.
Afterwards, a Flugladen employee informed me that I was entitled to a partial refund. Later, I received a written email from another employee (Jonah A.) explicitly confirming that my booking was eligible for a refund after deduction of cancellation and administration fees.
I accepted this solution in good faith.
However, Flugladen later completely reversed its position and informed me that no refund whatsoever was possible because the booking was considered a "no-show".
I still have all emails documenting these contradictory statements.
For more than a year, I have been trying to resolve this matter through customer service and consumer protection channels without success.
My main concern is not only the money, but also the lack of consistency, transparency and fair treatment.
Unfortunately, my experience with Flugladen has been very disappointing.

It was quite difficult to get the boarding pass.

Firstly money was deducted twice from my account for the purchase of same ticket. And secondly I could not travel on the intended day due toan anavoidable circumstance but getting a refund is impossible. Although the customer care was helpful and asked me to contact the individual airlines. But it was really difficult to get hold of them.It would have been easier if at least Flugladen has the option to modify my booking or get partial refund.

Well I was fully satisfied with the booking process and quoted fare BUT instead of sending me return ticket, they sent me 2 one way tickets which are not acceptable from the authorities of my country if I am traveling as visitor to prospective country. I need flugladen.de to work on this. I don't need 2 tickets on my return ticket order.
