Awful awful awful- worst customer service ever

I would never ever use this company again. Avoid this company at all costs. I booked a flight from Manchester to Milan recently; there was a half hour flight change that I was not informed of and was only told about at check in. Luckily I had left in plenty of time but this was not acceptable. There was also a spelling error on my surname on the fly.co.uk itinerary that I had received. I had asked for this to be corrected and they responded by saying that it would not cause me any problems. It delayed me at check in and wreaked havoc for me on my return flight with Ryanair as it stopped me from checking in online. I had to call Ryanair and they corrected the problem. Obviously I had to spend a lot of money using my iPhone Internet and waste time calling ryanair from Italy which was very expensive. I have complained and have so far received one response saying I could have contacted Ryanair myself which I had already done and making light of the flight change situation by saying that the email will have gone to my spam ( I have assured them it didn't) and how it was only a half hour difference. I find this completely unacceptable and would never use them again. I have informed them that I will be taking this matter further. What a shoddy company with very poor customer service.

Very Satisfied!

I made a booking for a return air ticket to Canada - all went very well. I also purchased an insurance in case I need any date changes in the future.

I am very satisfied about the customer service. They were responsive and sorted all issues very promptly. Also sent updates regarding my flight.

So far all went very well and I really found a very cheap ticket with fly.co.uk.

I am due to fly in the next days and will write a review if I experience any trouble.

Fly.co.uk...beware....book at your peril!!!!

DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY....... THEY ARE SCAMMERS!
I booked a ticket to Malaysia online and paid with my credit card, I then received an email from them saying that the ticket was not confirmed and could go up in price and even have the airline and flight date changed until confirmation, I waited and waited but still no confirmation email. I had to book a connecting flight onto Australia nd was worried that it would change prices if I waited too long, so I decided to cancel the transaction as up to then no money had gone from my account.... On the email I was told if I cancelled I could be charged upto £100. I would never have booked with them and given them my credit card details if I had know that it wouldn't have had instant confirmation. To make this short they ended up taking the £100 from another account, which I had given no authority for them to use....I called my bank and was told they had somehow ( I am still waiting for the fraud dept to get back to me) took the money from another account (totally undisclosed to them) and had set up a recurring debit, meaning they could take money from my account at any other time....so I have now had to cancel this account.......if they have set up a recurring account, surely this is to take money at a later date......this is fraud as they have had no authority to do this, maybe one day thousands of unsuspecting customers could suddenly lose money and fly.co.uk could disappear......who knows.....if you have given bank details to this company.....check ALL accounts to make sure no money has been taken. The money they took was from my debit card account, whereas the details I gave to them were for a credit card, which I cancelled....how they hacked into my personal account is baffling and very very suspicious and totally totally illegal, I can only think that it is somehow linked through the banks...??
THEY ARE A GERMAN COMPANY WITH DIFFERENT LAWS.....PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!
**Because the transaction was unlawful the HSBC is investigating and have given me the £100 refund!
Wanted to give no stars obviously but unable to post without grading at least one star!

A great way to waste your time and money. NEVER AGAIN!

I booked flights on fly.co.uk as it seemed quite reasonably priced, I got confirmation and everything seemed fine. The next day I received a call from my credit card company to say that I had tried to purchase flights but it had not gone through, they were not sure why. They suggested I try rebooking the flights again. I emailed fly.co.uk numerous times to see if I could resolve the problem but got no response, sense the flights had not gone through I figured I would rebook the flights. Once again I received confirmation from the company that I had the tickets, but of course that was too good to be true, calling my credit card company again to check I found out that the flights had never been booked. A day had passed, and I still had not heard back from the company. The next morning I finally received an email stating that the first booking I had made had not gone through, but the tickets were now £650 pounds more each person and did I still want to go through with the purchase? I replied that I would not like to go ahead with this, and was told then by the company that they would cancel the flights.

I then received a third email regarding the second booking that I had to make as the first one had not gone through. Fly.co.uk stated that they were not sure why the flights had not been booked, even though I had emailed them to say the funds were available on my credit card company. Fly.co.uk asked me to send in a copy of my passport and credit card information if I wanted to continue and try to rebook the flights, at this point I wanted nothing more to do with them. I replied and told them that would not like to progress with the booking as it had not gone through in the first place. I then got a final email from them to say that they have charged me a £100 for cancelling the flights. This is some great scam, they don’t book your flights, they don’t email you back to respond to your queries, but they have no problem charging you a £100 cancellation fee for flights they never booked in the first place. I have never been so disappointed with a company and the business conduct. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM UNLESS YOU HAVE A LOT OF TIME TO WASTE AND MONEY TO GIVE AWAY.

NO PROBLEMS SO FAR

I also didnt realise this was not a UK company and not covered by ABTA, but so far so good, im due to fly in a few days, it is very scary as bad weather and maybe cancelled flight, so hope all is going to be ok and get on another flight if nessesaly. But they are very good prices, easy to book, updates sent to me, so all ok at the mo.
If no problem when the day comes then would think about using again, its the ABTA bit thats scary.
It also says leave as review as i have then click on the address given and your £10 voucher for adding a review becomes £70 if you send copy of the review to the address given, but thats a bit of a NO NO as it just brings you back to this review????

.co.uk but not ABTA

There was a small problem with the payment originally which I sorted out but it got me reading all their fine print. Fees for late payments, cancellations etc. all very scary.

The main thing I would point out is that this company is actually based in Germany and is not ABTA registered so I would steer UK customers away from it.

That said the flight was organised through Brussels Airlines and went ahead without issue.

NEVER AGAIN - ONE WAY instead of RETURN and only SORRY

AVOID BY ALL MEANS, WORST SERVICE EVER & THEY TAKE NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR FAULTS.

I made a booking for a return flight to Germany, however after checking the information was correct before paying, which it was, and after making the payment... Booking confirmation not received from fly.co.uk only email from Budget airline was emailed to me for a ONE WAY ticket and at the wrong time.

After emailing the fly.co.uk services to confirm the faulty booking, they only sent autoresponse with general FAQ and confirming no further review would be made.
Having to call their call centre @ £2.20 per min they only confirmed what I already knew and said I would have to make another booking through their website and they would not be able to correct their mistake of making only One way booking rather than Return and for booking at wrong time.

They believe sorry fixes everything.

WORST SERVICE EVER, NO RESPONSIBILITY, NEVER AGAIN.
I WILL BOOK RETURN FLIGHT DIRECT THROUGH AIRLINE...
AVOID BY ALL MEANS....

Says what it does on the tin

Found this site more by luck than judgement thank god I did prices were cheaper than most, email response after booking very fast. Arrived at Tampa for connecting flight to Key West with no problems, only that we had to pay $25 for our one small case with hindsight should have only taken carry on luggage, we were only going for three days. But excellent service, company kept us informed every step of the way. Totally hassle free. Would definitely use them again. Thank you Fly.co.uk

So Simple to use, absolutely fantastic !

With all of the rubbish that there is on the net - especially when it comes to discount or budget packages, It was fantastic to find a company that did exactly what was required. No extra charges, No extra anything - I paid £297 to fly from Heathrow to Kuala Lumpur - That's nearly half way round the world. It costs the same to get to Edinburgh by Train !!!
I flew with Saudi Arabian airways - we bunny hopped in Jeddah and landed in KL safely with all luggage.

The MOST surprising bit --- 7 meals during the trip ! Beat that anyone !

A quick, easy and useful service

This website searches for flights from a wide variety of airlines - from budget airlines like Easyjet to more standard airlines such as British Airways - so there is a price in there to suit everyone. Even though my flight was only domestic (Scotland to London), there were numerous choices and prices which worked brilliantly for me - I have a rigid timetable, so having a plethora of flight times worked in my favour.

The website itself is easy to use, even for the least computer savvy amongst us. My only advice with regards to using the website is the following: be sure to read what you're signing up for. If, like me, you just want the cheapest flight possible, you don't want to be stuck with extra costs for insurance, extra luggage, etc. The website automatically signs you up for these things, so you actively have to unsign yourself from those extras.

It's all well that ends well !

It was not possible to order my ticket, in Sweden, as I was required to pay exclusively with a American Express card ?
Paying , when ordering from the Aerosvit was a little tricky , but it worked !
It's all well that ends well !
