You enjoy it and its easy!

it is an easy site to find your way! their aren't loads of 'continue on next page', no surprise price increases and communication with agency is good if there are flight changes etc.
friendly and with a smile on their faces!
will definitely come back here to book my tickets!

No Frills Simplicity Bookings

Fly provided the cheapest short notice option for Kiev flights and their website process was quick and easy. I didn't need to call customer services and I didn't use their insurance option or any of the upgrade extras. If you just want a flight from A to B go Fly!

Good service!

Booking system mostly clear, just watch out if you go back to change anything that everything you've checked and unchecked is as you want it, as it seems to go back to default in some places. Updates excellent, sent to you by e-mail a few days before flight to confirm everything.

What is the customer service hotline number???

I booked a flight with flexiflight insurance cover. Later I had to change the time of the flight due to change in my itinerary, and tried to find their customer service hotline number, which was literally impossible to find on their own website, yahoo or google. I sent them an email but received no reply for a whole day, and only received an auto-reply email, which finally showed their so-called Phone Support International number: +44 (0) 9050540221. When I called, I realised this number does not exist! This is a wrong number! How can I claim the flexiflight and have my refund back? Does anyone of you know there is any other number? Please tell me!

awesome services...

Was my 1st time booked online with this website, the lower price that I could find so just book from my phone as on the bus, somehow the internet was bad so double booked that 1 with insurance and other without insurance then just realised after got email that I did mistake but....thus is I like from fly.co.uk is got another email from customer services that let me know they canceled my other booked with insurance as this was my 2nd booking.was So happy otherwise had to pay more money as no need the insurance.other things is send me update about my flight details and other thingy.
Absolutely recommended this website to my friends.

DON'T, REPEAT D O N ' T DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!

Husband brought a flight with them and had nothing but trouble. Sent him a separate bill for admin charges after he got back. Terrible to try and phone them, they only have a premium rate number and there are no contact details on the internet for them, though we found they are in Germany. They DON'T respond to email or fax, though when you get through to their premium rate number they confirm your emails have been received, they just don't respond but prefer you to call their premium rate number. He was initially told the admin charge was a mistake, then afterwards chased again by email for the payment! After phoning their premium rate number again, was told again to ignore the emails. In the end he had threatening emails to say if it wasn't paid, he would be pursued through solicitors for it! We paid it, with extra on top as it had to be paid to their German bank so cost us twice as much to transfer the money. They are a terrible company to deal with and I wouldn't touch them with a barge pole! You have been warned!

I wouldn't even give these people a 1 star rating

I just spent the past 10 minutes typing out my complaint. I could be here for the next hour ... So I'm just gonna condense it down ... First off, Do not deal with these people . . . If you have any problems chances are you will need to call them as they don't respond to emails particularly well. For your information it costs 59p per minute ... I called 3 or 4 times, I was on hold for 21 minutes on one occasion without even speaking to anybody before I was cut off ! That cost me £11.80 for the pleasure. I have learnt a valuable less by purchasing my ticket through these people. NEVER AGAIN ! I would steer well clear of them.

Excellent value with good customer service

You only find out how good a company is when something goes wrong. In my case, I had booked a flight from a remote South Pacific island to London. I needed to change my flight plan, as I needed to return to the UK sooner than expected. I thought that this would be a real hassle, but apart from having to make the phone call in the middle of the night (Mid Pacific time zone is 10 hours later than Europe), making the change was no problem at all. Since my revised flight would be within 24 hours of the change, Fly had to email the airline to authorise the change, but all this went smoothly without any paperwork necessary. The service agent was very helpful, and all my needs were met. I would definitely use Fly again.

SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE AND ££ AND DONT USE THIS COMPANY!!

I just wanted to warn people before booking with this company- NOT TO USE THEM

They are actually the worst company I ever dealt with. I booked 3 tickets coming back from Belgrade to London. I confirmed it all online which was correct. After there was something wrong with the payment I called the next day to pay over the phone.
After getting the email confirmation later that day, I saw they autocorrected the main persons name on the tickets to the card holders name when taking the payment over the phone. Once I saw the error I called but couldn’t get hold of anyone for weeks, just got told I had to email to get the name corrected again.
Eventually someone got back to me and they refused to fix their error. I had to cancel the flight, pay cancelation fees and rebook which I did with another company.
After waiting for the refund for 3 weeks, we found we were refunded all 3 flights less 3 cancelation fees after we specifically asked them to ONLY cancel 1 flight
By now the flights have gotten much more expensive and they refused to un-cancel the flights or let us pay the same amount we originally paid for them
Eventually the flight sold out and all 3 of us have to catch all separate flights home and have paid loads more plus cancelation fees.
They refuse to give any discounts or money off even though it was 100% their error.

They also never reply to emails, I had to send the same email 22 times in a row from 2 different email addresses just so 1 person would respond.

2 months later we are still pending the refund but otherwise things seem to be sorted as we re-booked new flights through another company

I am usually very calm when it comes to these kind of issues but this was the worst airline and worst booking experience I have ever dealt with. I really don’t want anyone to have to go through what I did so please DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!

Tested and compared

Works better than Opodo and Expedia. Fly.co.uk gave me more option for the flighs. I book with it last few times no error occurred. Someone working hard on it puting it ahead in the competition.

Brilliant Service

I must admit I was a little apprehensive about booking through fly.co.uk when I went to Rome for the rugby in March 2011. Despite my apprehension I decided to book with fly.co.uk and don't regret it at all.

The booking process was simple, clear and fast. The whole transaction took less than five minutes and I had confirmation with 5 minutes after that. Later that day I also received the e-ticket.

Faultless 5* service and plan to use again when travelling to Kiev this summer for the football.

FLY.CO.UK - TERRIBLE !!!

I am a frequent traveller, this is the worst company, don't book there !

I booked a ticket with this company, they sent me a confirmation as everything was fine. Arrived at the airport, the airline company couldn't find my reservation. Well, this is not true, they found it and seen that it had never been completed, so no ticket booked !!!

I booked 2 or 3 months before, try to reach them by email/phone to double-confirm (you know just in case). I couldn't reach them.

The funniest, the day after my due flight, fly.co.uk sent me an email to let me know they couldn't make my reservation...

Good Customer Service

I When I completed my booking from London to Helsinki I realised that I was charged for the extra options. I then emailed the customer services to cancel the extra options and refund the money to my credit-card .I explained to them that there must been system error, because at the time of the booking I specificity chose not to have the extras added to my booking. I received replay to my email next day and the problem was sorted. I was very impressed that they mange to resolve the problem so quickly. I definitely will use the service again.

Very Straighforward - No Problems = Excellent

Having used many sites to book flights and been frustrated by having to naviagate through a complex set of pages before making a booking i was really pleased by the quick, straightforward on-line booking process which worked perfectly and first time.Excellent!
