Used this site to book a flight from Dublin to Nice. Some initial confusion - e.g. although I clicked the 'no insurance required' tab, a fee was still added. Also, the site advised the flight would straddle two days, although ultimately this was not the case. When my husband tried to speak to a company representative on my behalf to clarify these issues, it involved a string of waits and transfers - frustrating and needlessly time consuming. In the end all the confusion unravelled and I cannot praise the airline, BMI, more highly. They simply blow all the competition out of the water. Easy check-in. Friendly staff. Spanking new aircraft (both Dublin-LHR and LHR-Nice) with stylie, comfortable leather seats and amazing leg room. More friendly (genuinely warm, in fact) staff. To boot, a fantastic mushroom stroganoff wrap on the second leg, accompanied with a nice glass of Temperanillo. All at no extra charge - I was even offered a second glass of vino. Will try to use this carrier wherever possible in future. Aer Lingus, Ryanair, Easyjet - you really should take note. The flight only cost GBP89.00, country miles cheaper than the offerings of the other three.

So far so good, easy to use website and send reminders. Have not had to deal with any problems and suppose that is the real test.

I'm shocked

I've tried to cancel a booking I've made last night. I've sent an e-mail and received no reply, I've phoned the premium number been on hold for 15 minutes and finally spoken to extremely rude young man who said that I will receive 50-60 pounds or euro and that there is a service fee of 100£ euro and when I asked why there's no mention of that on your website,he told me he didn't design a website and hung up on me.Needless to say I'll never book with you again.

After using fly. co. uk for the first time to travel from Newcastle to Madrid, via Brussels, we will definately be using them again. From checking in to arriving to our destination the service was brilliant.We do this trip about four times each year visiting relatives and so far the last trip was the best and cheapest. Thank you.

Very easy to use and a warning email arrived with instructions to inform me of when I would be hearing about my flight confirmation.

The service was very responsive, provided all the info in easy to read format and was by far the best price. Better service than I have had with any other flight booking company.

I come across to Fly.co.uk from internet commercials just before I book my flights to Istanbul. The site was easy to use and easy to understand. The search engine was giving the best prices for that period of time. It was cheaper then all other booking companies. I can highly recommend it to everyone fly.co.uk! I will definitely continue using it as it is the best option.
I think customer care and customer service is quite important to them so that makes the quality even higher.
I have no complains and I appreciate their sensibility to their clients.

I have just returned from Turkey,having booked flight from Stansted to Istanbul and then transferring from Istanbul to Antalya. Everything went smoothly and I have no problems with their service. I would happily recommend it to others.

I travel frequently but have only recently discovered. FLY.CO.UK, I have to say that the service has been most satisfactory, in every way. Particularly the customer service team, who dealt with the few small problems I encountered quickly and efficiently. The cost of their flights is extremley competetive and I would definately reccomend them to my friends.
