Flybys is not what it used to be. I would rate them minus 5 if it allowed me. Doesn’t deserve any stars. I accumulated more than 9000 points in last year. $1 per point. 2000 points = $10. Coles told m... See more

The customer service of this company is…
The customer service of this company is always rude and red tape. No matter what question I have asked, the standard throw out is "We can't help." Asking for adding back the points when you don't have the flybuys with you when you purchase anything except Coles are worse than being humiliated as cheating beggars. The website is forever unable to process redemption of flybuy dollars. Seriously, you have to stay in front of the computer DEEP in the middle of the night to bet your luck. Zero chance for processing ANY redemption during NORMAL daytime. When I write this review, I tried numerous time an hour ago. NEVER get through. I needed to call their customer service team to complete the redemption. It was when I found out I had to use the same pin last time I set up. Probably that was why I wasn't going anywhere because the website states set up a pin. People will think they need to set up a new pin for every redemption. And the webpage doesn't say your pin is wrong because you don't use the pin you set up last time. They just don't let you go through by showing you a forever 'moving' 3 little dots... Silly design.
This company owned by Coles and Wesfarmers is a scam
This company owned by Coles and Wesfarmers is fraudulent. No way to redeem points to card for dollars
Coles in particular should spend more time on supermarkets and not fraudulent schemes. Is the ACCC or Consumer Affairs investigating their scam
Shockingly poor customer service
Shockingly poor customer service, in fact, what customer service, 1 Star, what a joke, bring on ZERO STARS
Awful, Useless, Utterly Incompetent!
Used to work fine. However ever since they added 2FA I have been completely unable to log into my account FOR NEARLY A WHOLE YEAR!! Tried 4 different browsers, after logging in and putting in my 2FA code every single one just gets stuck on "Fingerprint Device; Submit Query" and will go no further. Cannot redeem points, cannot get through to them on phone or by email, cannot get any support whatsoever.
F these people and their company, they have become completely and utterly incompetent and are a total waste of time and effort to use. I'm switching to Woolworths.
Absolutely worthless loyalty program
Utterly worthless loyalty program. Spending hundreds per week at Coles and other retailers I can't recall a single opportunity to make use of this ridiculous program. Whereas with competing loyalty programs like Everyday Rewards I am constantly saving $10 off my shopping cart at Woolworths.
Honestly can't say anything good about FlyBuys. I've tried to make it work, scanning every shop, looking for anything of value but clearly they haven't considered a value proposition for the consumer.
Poor customer service zero information security
Password suddenly stopped working. Password reset said successful. Yet it was not. Did several times.
Customer service told me email was secure and safe to send my drivers license or passport to. Lol... Email is like http...no security full stop. cut up card and refuse to use as I have no confidence in their information security anymore. And zero confidence in their customer "service".
Need a zero star rating.
Bad customer Service
You are talking to a Robot on the phone. Yes and No answers are not recognised. SMS messaging and email will take 10 business days for a reply. I'm not impressed with their service. I'll shop with woolies now.
There should be a zero rating
There should be a zero rating. Customer service non-existence. Sms support is useless. Send code verification does not work.
Completely useless
Completely useless. waited on hold for more than an hour, when the customer service finally answered the call she was reluctant to help me and advised that l should call back tomorrow as her shift was finishing. The program itself is not really worthwhile. Switched to woollies rewards.

I received my statement which does not even have my membership number on it.
The process you need to go through requires you to know your membership number in every form .
I could not contact Flybys with out it
Why should my number be such a secret on my own statement.
Every way I tried to contact Flybys was difficult , right down to over an hour wait time on phone.
Flybys customer service is disgusting.
All they have managed to do so far this morning is waste my time

It's customers who made you!
Are Flybuys Worth It?
If you have a large family with a sizeable income and you shop almost exclusively at Coles and Kmart etc then you'll probably clock up enough Flybuy points to get some savings off your purchases but don't think you're being done any favours. You're part of a giant database aimed at creating a profile of your buying habits. Valuable info for the many people in marketing. You belong to them.
Reward items such as a new toaster or a small electronic device are so insanely overpriced in their Flybuys catalogue that it would be cheaper for you to fly to a duty free port overseas and bring one back than try to buy it with Flybuy points.
And finally, one of the most irritating aspects of the Flybuy system. Apart from Coles, if in the heat of the moment you forget to ask for your Flybuy points at the checkout in any other of the many Wesfarmers businesses (eg Kmart, Target, Bunnings, Officeworks etc) then tough luck, you've lost them. No way back, they don't care. This rule must save them a fortune.
So, are Flybuys worth it. Probably not. Just remember it takes quite a while to accumulate 2000 points and that is worth a lousy $10.
Very very poor customer service
Very very poor customer service, put on hold hours and hours if i call them and if email also months n months no reply. To resolve a small issue they are taking decade . Better not to have flybuys card .it's not worth .I can't even use my point when I needed which I collected in my every sopping and never redeemed.
Simple question, no answers!
I was after an answer to a very simple question. Would I have to pay freight on merchandise rewards, and how much (for the particular item)? After finding no way to contact Flybuys (you are put on hold for at least this century), and no information anywhere, apart from a complaint on a similar website where the person had the points deducted but received no item, I turned to Flybuys' T&C. After carefully reviewing Flybuys T&C, I strongly suggest that the best course of action for anyone to take would be to run down the points on in-house discounts, and then forget about Flybuys. Dodgy does not even start to describe this lot.
Just awful
OMG!! where to start? the first mistake I made was trying to use my flybuy points towards flights. The website is easy enough to navigate and all seems fine until you go to pay the difference with a credit card and then the site pops up with a message to say the credit card details are incorrect/ didn't work etc. I had no idea why this didn't work and tried about 4 times before I gave up and tried to contact Flybuys (this by the way is impossible). Meanwhile I've booked accomodation on the credit card as well as looking at returned flights and assumed everything was ok.... until the next day when I get contacted by the bank and say something is wrong with my credit card and suspicious amount of $1 four times with Corporate Travel get trying to access the credit card so the bank locked my card (thank you bank :) ) and also the resort contacted me to say my payment didn't work and I had to contact them asap to ensure I reserved my room. Ahh I had no idea who corporate travel was why it was for $1 and kind of assumed it was also why the flybuys site didn't work. So after resolving my credit card I started the process again, with paying the accomodation and trying to book my flights using flybuys plus credit card. Oh dear god the stupid $1 corporate travel thing popped up again and shut down the card again ( I am getting extremely frustrated at this point and blaming dodgy Indian and Russian internet scammers by this point). BUT after searching the flybuys site (to contact them, again I repeat this is impossible) I discover there mother company is..... Corporate Travel!!! It was the poo poo flybuys site that was trying to take the $1 so I have once again contact the bank and sorted out the credit card and go to book the flights only to discover in that time period the flights had gone up $200 oh my word. So now I had lost out on utilising my flybuy points towards the payment and this whole ordeal had in fact cost me more than if I had just bought the flights myself. So many swear words, never again. WHAT AN ORDEAL ':[

NOT HAPPY
Over the past couple of years we have…
Over the past couple of years we have had to manually claim thousands of missing points due to the deficient interface between Flybuys and Coles. Interestingly Flybuys know the final amount paid but seem incapable of knowing the order amount. Initially you could actually get through on the phone and simply provide then transaction details. Then phone contact became almost impossible but we did find an email address. Unless we follow up the email claims seem to disappear; now we must ask, is this a deliberate ploy? We now know the routine and always send copies of the invoices with our initiating email. The last claim was eventually met with a request for our full address....shown on the supplied invoice....our name.... shown on the supplied invoice, and a date of birth which was supplied. This seems to be a delaying tactic. We wish they could get their act together, regrettably they are effectively a monopoly leaving little choice.

I have waited for 30 minutes over the phone wait for help but up to 30 minutes my phone battery died so I charge and call back. The prompt say you will be assist in 15 minutes and still have not been assist. Don’t bother to call up. You probably be waiting for 1hour or more before you will be service.
Flybuys!, you will need to retrain your staffs!!!.....
