We contacted this company when Ryan…
We contacted this company when Ryan cancelled our flights in Sept of 17. In January 18 they sent me a mail asking what the situation was with the payment of compensation. In the meantime I had given up waiting for compensation from Flyforsinkelse.dk (FF) and had contacted Ryan directly. Ryan assured me that compensation would be made to my bank account. I informed FF that I was to receive a payment directly from Ryan. FF then sent me a bill for the work they had done! I wrote saying I was still waiting for the payment. I then received a new bill with a payment date. I paid the bill in protest even though I have still not received payment from Ryan. I have been unable to get FF to retract their demand for payment or to pay me back.

Unfortunately, Ryanair often pays compensation directly to our clients. Even though payment is made directly, it is still a response to the claim we have made. For this reason, we have sent you an invoice to cover the costs of our service.
The invoice is sent immediately, in order for you to pay our fee when you receive the compensation from the airline. For this reason, you were also encouraged not to pay the invoice until you receive the compensation promised by the airline.
We are sorry that the direct payment has caused some confusion in your case, however, we are following the terms and conditions of our service.
