Rogue company!

Rogue company!

A few weeks ago I asked them a few questions and got an answer that was far from the answer to my questions!

Turned back to them and asked what they were talking about!
Haven't heard anything since then!

When you have booked and paid them you are not worth them anymore!

So if you want to avoid problems book with others even if it costs some more!

I have checked by momendo to buy ticket from Stockholm to Guangzhou China and i got price . The best price was from flygpoolen and i have booked without checking well after i put all right infomation in Momondo .

I booked bussniess class for my trip and after i got the ricket it was economic from Stockholm to Guangzhou and Bussniess from from Ghangzhou to Strockholm .
I dont how they pley with people like the bad way ?

I advice people to pay little more and buy ticket from flight company directly because when i contact with Flygpoolen they said now is weekend and no more time to fix your problem please call your flight company and also when i call Emirates they told me you should contact with your travel agency ?

the situation, as far as I can see ,is connected to a schedule change, which is a matter we cannot influence.
You were, however, provided with all the necessary information and we acted accordingly to your suggestions.
When it comes to the booked flights than I must emphasize that no human resources are involved in these processes and therefore the tickets are issued precisely how you choose them to be.
It is impossible that booking classes change in the reservation process, however, you can always contact us right after the tour is ordered - to revise and alter, if possible.
Also, I would like to emphasize that we never disregard our clients problems, likewise your case.

i payd my flight, but they did not pay to flight company, and flight company cancelled our flight. i have no money in my account and no tickets. what? People, be careful. there is no phone number where you can call. so you are alone with your problem

the situation you are describing is is a nonsense.

Any sources paid for purchasing a ticket get right into it at issuing by definition of empowered processes. Otherwise we are an online travel agency and prioritize mail contact, but can also call on the request.

Every customer of ours gets a personal cabinet to communicate with us in case of any question. Our professional customer support team is ready to help you the whole day, late in the evening, weekends and holidays.

No customer support

Hi ,

I have booked ticket with base services now I want to update it to plus services as there is change in flight timings(notified by travels), I have tried paying the extra amount number of times but payment is failing.
I have called customer support and dropped many mails as well, I got response only once and they have given updated payment link even that didn't work.
I am trying to contact no response, mails no reply.
It's not the only work I have to do whole day. Please be responsive and please make things more clear and automatic

You guys try to scam for money with your plus service. My flight changed its time according to you by 5 minutes few months in advance and you want money for an updated ticket. Will never use your $hitty scammy service ever again.

Technical failure, which happened in the case is not only detailed described in the reservation rules, but also is one of the most important features, which each customer is obligated to take into consideration in the 24h period from the reservation moment and until the ticket is received.

According to the mentioned regulation, it is highly not recommended to make reservation as hotel, other (connection) and train/bus tickets, as this might lead to a monetary loss in case of the mentioned fail.

Unfortunately, we can not prevent situations when customers do not follow our suggestions and therefore can only apologize for any inconvenience the situation might have caused.

thank you so much for your meaning expressed in a rating as we learn from every and each of them.

Must say that Flygpoolen is following the ticket rules at all times and therefore cannot give you an answer you would like to hear in case if it contradicts the mentioned regulation.

Moreover we are bound to other international aviation rules, which particularly prescribe that the ticket is to be used in the exact order as it is booked and will be automatically cancelled if it is not, and that cannot be altered from the travel agency side.

The travel agent is a mediator to a ticket generally as notified many times before.

Crap company

Messed up the included baggage which I bought and payed for. They credited that part but in the end I still loose money because I have to buy expensive baggage allowance at the airport. Was not allowed to cancel the tickets even though they clearly sold me a package and couldn't deliver... Crap company which I will never use again (I fly 20-30 trips a year and this never happened to me before. Also first time I use this company. And last.)

Two airlines are involved and frankly that's not my problem. This arrangement was suggested by your site which subsequently also offered additional baggage allowance.
Thank you for checking the costs at the airport! When I asked the "support" they told me to check it myself directly with the airline.
Apart from this I had problems with the card payment (tried two different cards AmEx and MC) on your site and had to do a direct bank payment in the end.
And also:, the booking number sent to me didn't work on the site you linked to for booking information so I had to call support to get the right number.
All in all I still consider your service amateurish at the best, and since there are many other options out there I would advice potential customers not to risk dealing with Flygpoolen.
Now I think I didn't leave anything out.

The reason why we could not issue ticket with luggage is because several airlines involved in your reservation. Usually it is possible to add baggage for a fee but unfortunately not in this case.

American Airlines charge 60USD per passenger and per direction at the airport, so you will not loose money.
