DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY WHAT SO EVER! IT IS A SCAM
This is unacceptable and such a bad travel agency! I wanted to get in contact with them as my ticket was booked wrong, but they DO NOT have ANY contact information more than email service. So I emailed them and due to my question I had to pay either 149kr or 199kr to be able to ASK MY QUESTION! which it a scam already.. I paid 199kr in the hopes of getting my issues sorted.
It took two days and I got this answer se quotes.
"Your booking is paid, the ticketing process is already initiated.
We have very short period of time when we can still cancel this booking and make repayment. Please note that we take administration fee of 695kr in case of cancellation. Please confirm cancellation latest today by 15:00 by replying to this email. Please observe that after the given deadline booking will be non-refundable, no repayment will be possible.

I cancelled my booking before 15.00pm the same day I have a long conversation with them with questions regarding change of flight. But I stoped hearing from them between 12-14.30pm the same day, And I started to get nervourse. I got a email saying that I ought to pay a fee of 10.320kr as a ticket change ONE way. So I cancelled my booking at 14.55 since they had not replied then I got this answer!
"According to our terms and conditions, there will be no reimbursement from the agency unless you have bought a cancellation insurance when you purchased the trip. If you paid the trip with a credit card you might be able to get compensation from your card insurance, please contact your bank for details. Do also check your home insurance, it might include a cancellation insurance. You will in that case need a confirmation of cancellation from us which we will send to you. Please confirm that you agree to the above information and would like us to cancel your trip without any compensation, and then send you your cancellation certificate. Also, specify if the cancellation regards the entire booking or individual travellers. If we do not receive confirmation from you, no further action will be taken, the booking will remain.

So this means that I could NEVER get my money back in the first place, so whats irritates me is that they say I can get a repayment if I cancel before 15.00pm the same day. (Which I did). But then when I did, they provide me with this new information that they could told me in the first place!!
It might be legally right but this company acted on such BAD ETHICAL behaviour towards its me and I will NEVER recommend anyone select this travel agency!
This will unfortunately lead to a bad word of mouth effect and a business criticism from my part!

Elektronisk biljett - Server Error
2017-09-16 fick jag mail om "Elektronisk biljett (e-ticket) till Berlin den 2017...." när jag försökte ta upp länken idag den 19 Sept så kommer det upp "Server Error 404 File or directory not found. The resource you are looking for might have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable".
Lite förvirrande var också att jag fick två Kvittobesked den 16:e sept. varav det ena var från flightfinder.se och flygpoolen.se

Everything is Swedish but at the same time lot of international agencies are sending links to your booking system. You cant pick english from there and all confirmation emails are only in swedish. Something to think about.
Accidentally used my mother's former …
Accidentally used my mother's former last name when booking and had no option to change it however the passport information had not yet been sent to the airlines. After paying a 795:- penalty which I was pressed to make the decision 3 hours after the booking I don't think I'll be using this site again. Unfathomable that I couldn't simply change the last name prior to sending the passport info.
