I faced problem in checkout flow where option is not visible to select kid age below 8 years.

Good ticket prices but poor delivery
I didn't get my ticket within 24 hours as promised, and had to write twice to remind them, and got two standard "Thank you for your mail, we'll send your tickets shortly." reply, but no tickets until 5 days had passed. Thankfully I found the airline booking reference and could go go to their web page to check that I actually had a booking and had't been scammed.

OK but not more
Is OK and offers reasonable prices but if you need further help e.g. rebooking etc tand not bought the extra service package then you'll need to pay to even ask a question by email (only) about any potential changes etc possible or not.
