In mid transaction the website froze

In mid transaction the website froze, leaving me charged with the amount but no tickets. After navigating through a maze of customer services which were incredibly hard to locate in the first place, I finally got some form of a contact who promised to look into it.

The thing they do then is to claim I still owe them money for a discount I was promised on the webiste.

Eventually I got my tickets, and for the price I was promised but it was way too much hassle. Wouldnt book through them again.

No standard help

DON'T USE. They don't help. I would never book through them again. There was a huge issue due to a medical issue. I tried to phone them during normal business hours, but all we heard was their answering machine saying they are closed during lunch time during the summer. I wasn't calling during lunch time! Phoned 10-12 times. Same answering machine. They did answer email during that time. And despite repeated requests to give me a time or different number to call, they didn't do that. In the end, BA caused a lot of issues and I had to rebook. They didn't even help me try to rebook. Even if it had been, you have to pay but here are some options. They did nothing. I see no reason to use a service who leaves you stranded in a medical emergency. Others I've spoken too said their companies helped them rebook.

And if you look at their replies to most complaints in this site, you can see the poor customer service tone. Constantly just saying well it's in the rules not our fault. Even if/when that's true, a tone of the reply should show you not to use them. Totally worthless.

We lost our tickets because they said …

We lost our tickets because they said our passport(which will expire within 4 months) is not valid to travel to the destination. The destination needs a passport with more 6 months to guarantee entrance. They didn't tell us this while filling the passport information and doing the payment. No, they waited until we were at the airport. guess what, we called the embassy and they said 3 months is no problem or even if you have a temporary passport. When we spoke with them they started to blame everyone else.
really bad.

Flightfinder does not give any information on the sufficient documentation you need for travelling. Moreover I see no evidence on that any of my colleagues gave you any answer on the question you are describing.

As it is mentioned in our reservation rules, we sincerely hope you go through, as you confirm at the end of your order; it is solely clients responsibility to make sure the taken ID`s are valid for travelling.

We regret that your flight did not go as planned, however, as been, mentioned refrain from burden in the case.

Technical failure, which happened in the case is not only detailed described in the reservation rules, but also is one of the most important features, which each customer is obligated to take into consideration in the 24h period from the reservation moment and until the ticket is received.

Unfortunately, we can not prevent situations when customers do not follow our suggestions and therefore can only apologize for any inconvenience the situation might have caused.

I was rejected boarding when I was …

I was rejected boarding when I was flying from Liberia to Brussels because there had been a change in flight Numbers on a connection flight. This was not changed by flygpoolen.se and thus I was not allowed to board the plane. Liberia is not the place to strand so I had to buy a new ticket in order to get on the flight. Afterwards I have made a claim and no response in almost three months now from flygpoolen.se.

I strongly advice anyone not to buy tickets by flygpoolen.se or any other company owned by Uvet Nordic AB

I apologize for the waiting time, which is not acceptable with us normally.

The answer from Claims was sent for some time ago; this will be re-sent to you and I regret the fact that you had to remind on that both here and to Customer support.

Must say that your unused return is sent to refund and claim within Brussels and this process can take sometimes several months, but we have been in contact with the airline in order to hurry the request as we also think this might have taken too long time.

However, I would like to clarify the matter as we always inform our customers on all the changes in the connection of the flights. This happened also in your case, but you have never replied back.

Kindly be informed that we as a mediator cannot perform any changes or corrections without your direct permission as a ticket is an agreement in between the airline and the customer first of all. This we warn about long before you commit to buy a trip with us. We really hope and rely on our customers on that they will go through the mentioned regulation carefully and get in contact with us in case if anything remains unclear.

Anyhow, as mentioned above, all the measures we could take are taken and I hope to get back to you no later than the next week..

Thank you for your opinion and letters as this is the only way for us to control our service level, point out week strategies and make ourselves better.

Poor services

Poor services
Extra charge for payment by Visa card.
I have flight tomorrow morning at 9:35 but Can`t check in online till now( some error in website), I also called to SAS customer service but told you should go to airport for check in sooner!!!!
Hope wont meet any delay in flights.

we are sorry for your negative experience, but we аre even more sorry that although you have felt inconvenient, you hadn't come to us with an e-mail, which is possible even in the booking process.

Must say that card fees are detailed described in our reservation rules, which we warn you about long before reservation.

When it comes to check in online than must say that we are helping customers in most cases, but unfortunately I cannot check particularly yours, as you chose not to provide us with your order number.

Delays generally is a responsibility of the carrier and is beyond our prerogative to provide service for.
