must unfortunately say that I do not see you ever requested on a luggage with our customer support.

As per now we offer a solid package of services to our customers, included communicative and technical solutions. Those are created so that every customer gets opportunity to check the conditions of the ordered trip even in the booking process or any time after it.

Indeed there are different tariffs you can chose from on our site, but nevertheless these we do everything possible to help every customer to get needed services.

Cannot comment on the price as this has never been given to you by our customer support.

Happy island hopper :)

Ferry strike in Greece and needed to get from Athens to Paros. Booked with Flygpoolen late evening for a midday flight next day. Got the last seats on the flight with Sky Service.
Had no issues, I just needed the basic service and got it.

Hidden charges

Hidden charges! A small thing such as the inclusion of food on the flight was hidden in the "agreement of terms & conditions". They could have given us the option to purchase food right where they asked us to buy baggage Also, travel agents and airlines are obligated to provide for hotel & food when the layover or delays exceed 6 hours. Our layover is more than 14hours but Flygpoolen refuses to accommodate us. Since we purchased the tickets through flygpoolen the airline is not involved.

In their response to my review, Flygpoolen has taken this opportunity to advertise it's services on this platform. One had hoped for a solution or at least an apology for not being able to help resolve my problem.
In stating that hotel, food etc do not fall in the overall spectrum of services by a travel agent is also misleading.
Granted that Flygpoolen perhaps does not provide these services but should the traveler not be made aware of this when they first embark on purchasing a ticket from them? My objection was and still is that the mention of food not being a part of the purchase was only mentioned in passing in the "terms and conditions" which you acknowledge before paying for the ticket.
In my humble opinion, all the services NOT included should be mentioned right at the start. For when we are dealing with a travel agency we expect FULL service and feel cheated when we discover after the purchase that some of the basic and fundamental services on cross atlantic flight are missing.

thank you so much for the opinion, which however is a common misconception of travel agency's role.

Flightfinder has always been positioning itself as a mediator for solely a ticket. We have never offered catering or accommodating services thus this is not a working field of a travel agent as such.

On our site there are thousands of different connections for diverse travel destinations - with and without layovers. To chose any of them is your free will.

In case you do chose a trip with a layover you can either take contact with the carrier (which is also a direct provider of the food services on board), or organize it yourself, if it would be more sufficient.

We are nevertheless happy to receive any feedback as it helps us to explain main events publicly as well as stimulates us for the further growth.

800 SEK for changing the name on my…

800 SEK for changing the name on my reservation due to the "extensive" process they had to go through. BS excuse (this is obviously way this company makes money). Will never use their services again and I would not recommend them to anyone else.

name correction is way more complex process than just an "extensive" process as first of all there is actually a very little number of the airlines nowadays which allows an action itself, especially when we`re talking combination of the different carriers.

Name changes on they turn are prohibited at all in most cases, so the fact that you could correct/change the name is an exception.

Nevertheless we are interested in helping our customers anyway and do where we can.

Service fee which third persons (and even the airlines themselves) can take in such occasions are detailed described in the reservation rules which we hope all of our customers go through before purchasing the product with us.

Incredibly fussy website and customer service!
So easy to make mistakes as there is no final order page with all info listed to verify your order - only when you already paid.
I will remember this side as a one that shortened my life by 5 years!

This is just another shill front for…

This is just another shill front for Uvet Nordic AB / Asjor Hareeb. These include flightfinder etc etc. They have some of the worst reviews ever. If you are booking tickets through flygresor.se or similar site, and one of their shill fronts show up, just choose another provider, even if they are more expensive.

I Paid for an expensive long distance flight from their site Flightfinder using Paypal. The flight was cancelled within one hour due to tech error. Contacted support and they said it would take days until it was credited "back to my bank or card": Paypal is neither a bank or a card. All they would have to do is to click refund and I should have the money back in 5 seconds. Now I have initiated a claim with Paypal, and these nincompoops in "kundtjänst" are just answering according to a script. No doubt I will have to wait 10 days until the Paypal process times out and judges in my favour. JUST CLICK THE FKN BUTTON FFS!

must say that one of our greatest values is transparency of the rules and prices. The booking robot is programmed to inform you on any action you do in the connection of the reservation. This regards also prices, which are described in an invoice you getting right after the completion of the event.

The invoice shows the prices in detail, but you are always welcome to take contact with our customer support team in case if anything remains unclear.
