We are very happy with our replacement sofa and chair cushions, they are excellent quality and have made our furniture feel new again. We ordered online which was really easy and product arrived ahead of schedule.

Do not have a cushion custom made by this company. I sent detailed pictures of a garden sofa I needed a tapered cushion for, with multiple measurements and a template of the tapering needed. Even the receipt of my order had the tapering detail included. When l received the cushion it was rectangular, that is, no tapering and too small for my sofa. I was advised by Mark, the managing director, to send the cushion back for him to investigate what went wrong. It’s been over a month and no response despite multiple emails and phone calls. I have paid over £200 pounds for a cushion made to the wrong dimensions despite my best attempts to explain what was needed, and to make things worse, l don’t even have the cushion as l was asked to send it back. After this experience, my recent request for a refund has also gone unanswered. Keep away from this company.

Phoned for advice of refilling sofa backs was asked to email a photo then Cy phoned me and discussed what product would be best agreed a price and paid over phone, posted my covers the next day. Received an email to say they'd arrived and would start possessing my order, arrived yesterday and I'm very impressed with the result my sofa looks like a new sofa. Only negative I have is that they were scheduled for delivery Friday but didn't come till Saturday so took a day off work for nothing.

Foam 4u made absolutely sure that I was choosing the right sofa seat filler. And after lengthy conversation they where absolutely sure they we're supplying the right product, and they did with flying colours. My sofa seat cushions came back looking super and the comfort, top draw. All in all it took about two weeks and the price was excellent. If you are thinking of replacing your seat fillers definitely send the seat covers to them as they fit them professionally. Would highly recommend Foam 4U.

Absolutely fantastic service and product! We use their custom mattresses in all of our campervans and wouldn't go anywhere else. The sales manager Cy takes our orders and nothing is ever a problem, even when we need something urgently he always delivers!

Fantastic Service, emailed the photo of the cushion I wanted replacing, was invoiced and paid over the phone. I sent the cushion cover to the company and they returned it by courier. So please with how this was refilled. Thank you

Easy instructions for measuring, and the product received was exact: I needed a feather and down insert for an odd shaped cushion and after ordering through the website, it arrived fairly quickly and it fits perfectly. Im very happy!
