Foam4u had a website that was easy to navigate with clear instructions on how to order bespoke sizes of foam and which foam is suitable for your requirements. Their prices are good. They sent my order quickly, it was well packed and exactly what I asked for.
If I need foam in the future I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to others

Perfectly made, good guide online to advise on foam type, arrived in the suggested time frame (not quick but that is made clear with the lead time online and no probs as it’s custom cut) Fitted sheet fits perfectly.

Only criticism is that the automated updates are a little bit impersonal and there was no timescale given for delivery during the process ... all good though

A query I had was dealt with by Cy so quickly and efficiently. I can thoroughly recommend Foam4U and will use them again with no hesitation

Service was prompt and the foam was high quality and accurately cut. I was kept well informed of where my order was in the process. The company is clear about its lead times and both orders arrived well within that window.

My only slight problem was that making custom shapes on the website was a little buggy so while I did get exactly what I wanted, making my order was a little more frustrating than ideal.

I would highly recommend this company and would have no hesitation in using them again.

The worst experience I have ever had with a retail company. 4-6 week lead time promise took 12 weeks and the product was NEVER FINISHED to the correct size or standard. I ordered a sofa cushion with foam/fibre insert and 3 cushion covers. After endless communications with a salesman and the Managing Director I am left with absolutely nothing. I had to send things back 3 times because of wrong sizing and incredibly poor workmanship. The MD made promises he didn't keep like PROMISING to deal with the staff that made so many errors but still sent back the wrong goods. I am still waiting for a refund (WEEK FOURTEEN) as the MD admitted the items were not good enough. It is a pity I can't post photos of the terrible workmanship on this site. They will not start your order without full payment and yet delay refunds until it suits them. Meanwhile they have held on to £390 of my money for over 3 months. I would advise anyone needing cushions or covers to avoid this terrible company at all costs.

Mattress Topper for my VW California Exclusive. I sized it so that it would stow under the cooker/sink… space is always a premium in a van. Topper is excellent… nice and comfy Thanks.

Foam4u were great from start to finish. Giving advice on the phone when I made my first enquiry and following up promptly with my queries.

My seat pads arrived yesterday and they are fabulous! They have given a rather old sofa, which still has years in it, a new lease of life; it looks like a new sofa. The saggy, feather shedding, uncomfortable seat cushions - I could rock myself to sleep getting out of them to stand up - are no more!

Mattress order was simple, delivery within time advertised and mattress fitted perfectly (bespoke shape and size), nice cover too

Always helpful, bespoke advice and speedy service with regular communication so you know how your order is doing. Have used several times now and wouldn’t look elsewhere.

Got some great advise on what foam to go for when i initially made the order which was very helpful. On receiving the order I had problems with part of it but Martin was extremely helpful to remedy the situation and sort things out. They made new items free of charge which were spot on. Couldn't of been more helpful.

I want to thank you so much for the replacement seat cushion pads!
They are perfect. Just the right amount of extra padding to make the seats look plush and good as new.
Beautifully made and wonderful slippy outer fabric which makes it easier to get them in. Also like the zip addition which the original Duresta ones didn’t have.

I only wish I’d done this years ago instead of always moaning about the look of the old ones !

The foam I ordered was for a custom campervan mattress and it absolutely exceeded expectations. Sizing was perfect and the quality was amazing. I definitely recommend getting the covers as well as the foam if using as a mattress. Very impressed.
