Easy ordering system. Regular updates and a quick delivery

Excellent value for money and top quality

The memory foam topper has really made a difference to sleeping in our campervan. The website was simple to use and updates were frequent as to progress. The product arrived when promised.

I tried to work out my needs myself - and got it wrong! Both cushions too small for sofa. With Mark’s advice and expertise he allowed me to return them. He used his magic to “grow” them into their original linen covers and he has given my sofa new life. With firm new cushions, getting up again is easier. Great when you’re getting older! Thank you Mark for an excellent job.

Ordered a new, shaped mattress for our motorhome while in UK. They managed a rush order so that it was ready before we returned to France. Even diposed of the old one. We'll be ordering new seating cushions next trip!!

Have now made multiple purchases from Foam4u.

Initial purchase was a mattress for a motorhome fixed bed where the end is narrower and needs a corner sliced off. Mattress I received was perfect.

Have now purchased a mattress in three parts for the fold-down bed made up of the dinette and table area. Again, perfect fit.

Had a very informative chat with foam4u over the phone before ordering. Mattress came in very good time. It unfortunately had been damaged a bit by the couriers. This was rectified with excellent communication and I had a new cover within a couple of days very impressed.

Great company to deal with, kept me informed at each stage. Purchased some memory phone cushions from the mattress off cut section for my patio furniture and they are great.

The one thing I want to say is that people really need to read the terms and conditions on the site. It's incredibly clear that everything is cut and made to order, which requires a longer lead time and having this in mind I was happy to receive my items before I expected.

I also want to state you can tell that this is a small business, because it can take a little time to get a response from the team. This isn't because they care but simply it's a small outfit which means that, at least in my experience, there's more time and attention put into each order.

I ordered a new foam mattress, with tencel cover, to fit a wider Duvalay sleeping bag. It wasn't cheap, but it was a lot cheaper than Duvalay themselves were selling it for.

I decided after ordering that I wanted to add a cover, I was able to do this over the phone and paid for it then and there. I didn't receive a receipt and when I phoned to query this, I was sent a xeroxed copy of my invoice and secondary invoice so I was super happy with this.

The items arrived in plenty of time for our next trip and well packaged. There was minimal smell, they were finished to a high standard and when we went away, I cannot stress how incredibly comfortable they were. My husband suffers from back issues, and I'm a fidgety sleeper, but I can honestly say that I had one of the best sleeps in my life on my new mattress. My wearble tech agreed too, giving me an Oura ring score of 99 when normally at home (on one of those panda toppers and simba mattresses) it's a about 65.

Good communication, perfect fit and excellent quality

Amazing service, the delivery takes a few weeks but well worth the wait, the price is very reasonable and the cushion insert I brought were made perfectly in the size i requested.
The quality of the cushions are far better than any you can buy on the high street and I have used them for around 3 weeks now and they havnt changed in shape or size.
Their communication is amazing, they contact you with updates whilst you are waiting for your order. I also asked to change my shipping address and they did this immediately with ease.
Overall this company went above and beyond each step of the way and I couldn’t be happier with my cushions they have made my sofa look brand new :)

The order was okay, but the delivery got lost for a while.

I was talked through the different options when i contacted The Foam Shop as i hadn't had a memory foam mattress on my boat before. I opted for a fitted cover as well, this is so well made and better than anything you could buy of the shelf. The mattress was cut from my template (complex) it fits to the mm & is as so comfy.
