Just received my my powerbank.
I did buy it 3 weeks ago, got free shipping on it.

Package was well packed, delivery fair, as it was free. It charges my S7 all the way.

I'm surprised by the one star reviews on here... I've used them a dozen or more times and have never had any problems at all. I guess everyone is a bit suspicious of chinese on line retailers and when something goes wrong they have their worst suspicions confirmed.

To whome this may concern:
I have made over the past few years dozens of orders from Focal price - and as a rule I was always very sqatisfied with their service.
Unfortunately all my satisfaction has been ruined - due to the above mentioned order - FPTZO960MXK3 From March 9/17 SKU HL1515L :(motorcycle gloves for $5.29)

I made the above mentioned order 3 months ago - and paid in full.
about a full month after having placed the order - and after payment in full - I saw that the status of order was "paid and unpacked".
I sent a message to seller - and after weeks and reminder I was informed that the item was "out of stock" and seeler expects to restock and send in about a week.
When after another too long time , and no change in order status and remiders from me, the seller asked if I was willing to get a coupon instead of the item. I requested a full refund.

Seller has ignored my messages ever since - meanwhile: no gloves, no refund and status is still "paid and not shipped"

I tried requests for refund (RMA) but the site does not allow RMA for unshipped orders.

Needless to say - and sad to say, I think that my using your site, and paying in full in good faith for an item gives me the right to receive acceptable professional service from your site.

Please intervene and make sure that I will receive my refund - and do not expect a favorable review in view of this issue.

They are scammer, never cancel your disputed order until you receive your good, its better paypal cancel the payment order, otherwise you will lose both the money and the goods.

The shittest customer service in the freaking world! Won't even refunding my money even though they haven't shipped it yet and it's been over a month! Don't buy from them!!!

didn't receive products ordered and when I contacted Customer service, they requested proof the product was never delivered. I provided the proof and they then turned around and said that wasn't enough and I needed my postal service to certify it with a seal and stamp. This company is a scam. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM

Did not receive the product after more than two months and looks that they don.t want to refund me the money.
