THE WORST STORE to buy.After almost 2 months, did not receive the item.No money refund.
After almost 2 months,they asked me for proof from the post office that l did not receive the item.l wouldn.t buy anymore from them.They want to keep the money.

These guys are crooks. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.

Thay charged my credit card, said they shipped the goods and when they did not arrive refused to reship or credit my card.
After 4 months they have refused to respond to my requests.

DO NOT SHARE YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION!

I ordered almost $60 worth of stuff in November 2016 and after it didn't arrive 2 months later in Jan 2017 I started contacting the company. They kept telling me it's on the way and to check with post office. I did that a couple of times but post office has no information so there's nothing they can do because they never got the package. All the company keeps telling me is:

It's been 4 months, the package isn't going to arrive! Either they screwed up or someone lost it or someone stole it. Other companies would refund or resend the package but these guys have horrible customer service and keep blaming me! Will never shop there again!!!

A part not delivered and no refund of the missing items, very bad communication. Not recommended.

I have recently made an order from focalprice, and for shipping I chose 3-5 days, which was fifteen dollars. That was nine days ago, and I still haven't received the package. I went on their website to see if I could contact them in any way, but it always led me to another link to a website that doesn't exist. For example, I wanted to do the live chat to tell them in real time that I wanted a refund for the shipping, but when I clicked on the link it brought me to a "404 site not found" page. This site might be a scam, but I don't know.

Can't seem to get anywhere refarding where my items are, if you haven't already don't use this service

Worst internet shop I ever ordered.

After 9 months still no package, no money back. I mailed so many times with them...It doesn't make any sense.

Be aware, better buy somewhere else.

A few weeks ago I bought a couple of items (game controllers) that were discounted from this store. After a couple of days I checked back with the store to see what is going on with my order, only to find out that it's status has been set to "faulty" or something like that. The funny thing is that they haven't even let me know about my order status being faulty, neither have they refunded my PayPal payment. Next I contacted their customer support, who tried to scam me by convincing me to close the PayPal dispute before they refund me. As a buyer you should never do that, because then you loose all of the PayPal buyers protection and will never get the refund! That is a super unprofessional thing for a retail company to do as it's clearly meant as a scam for the inexperienced buyers. Thousands of buyers fell for the same scam as I did and I can only hope that most of them got their refund trough PayPal buyers protection programme. Never buy from this company, not even as a test purchase.

If you wanna big disapointed buy here,you spare time not buy here for more useful things.

Bad company. My set of watch reaper tool was missing tools some was broken and parts from the broken tool was missing too. Tools look to have been used and everything in a big mess inside the bag together with breadcrumbs.
I send 2 mail to complain but no answer.
But later I got a mail where they tried to get me buy more crap.

My details were apparently passed on to spammers and phishers as I immediately started receiving phishing texts (for example pretending to be Apple Inc asking me to review my iTunes account).

I have conferred with other people who bought the same item from Focalprice as me (Xiaomi bluetooth gamepad) and they can confirm the same experience.

I believe they used the phone number from my PayPal delivery details.

They cancelled an order without explanation, dont trust

They have canceled my order due to "a price bug". Yeah, sure. They have just wanted to collect customer data and gain some popularity. Do not recommend.

Ordered 7 months ago. Never received anything.

I lost my money, so my advice: never buy at Focalprice

Waited two months for my Elephone to arrive with constant messages to get updates even though payment had been taken by them on day one. They have no customer service. I needed to use the warranty 3.5 months in to receiving the phone and I am now 6 months in to receiving the phone I still haven't been able to use the warranty. They won't call me, won't escalate the issue, won't assist in using the warranty but to my every message they respond saying I am almost out of warranty. Well yes I am now thanks to them not doing anything for over 2 months of me constantly messaging them!

I bought a Jiayu s3 cell phone from focalprice. Everything went right. Shipping and trace tracking on time and the item in perfect condition.

Terrible company, warn others. No customer service. Selling products that do not and cannot work in the UK. Bought XiaoMi Running shoes, The app platform can only ever work in China, but they are selling these on the uk site. I bought a pair . I even got onto the manufacturer and they where very surprised to find that Focalprice was selling these as they confirmed that they where not for the UK market only ever China. They can never work, a complete waste of money. When I had conversations with them, their attitude so arrogant, basically hard luck. Go away. If you want very very slow deliveries, rubbish quality, goods gthat can never work in the UK and non existent back up. Use this company. Never again.

5 months later…no package, no money back. Focal price reaction: ‘We can refund you as soon as we received the returned package’ ...Sure.. after 5 month waiting ?
My opinion: Incompetent company…better throw your money into the swamp instead of buying at focalprice.

Overdue on this and extremely sorry. I ordered a Zenfone 5 back in June and was amazed they first insured I was actually the person on the card and intended to order this phone. Not many places care on orders over $100. They did, then promptly sent my order out as asked. I had to sign for the package when courier(DHL) delivered it. Was wrapped well enough to avoid any kind of damage Of course phone works beyond reproach and the price beat everyone else by least $50. I will definitely order from them again.
