As long as everything is OK, so no problems
Once sent to a defective product, the store starts to pretend to answer, regardless of content.
Both times I encountered problems with their products, they tried to do everything they can to shake the warranty.

These both times I had to ask for help in paypal paypal and both times found my complaints justified

In short, recommends thinking twice before buying

Bought a blackview mobile at £75. Went up in price. Friend ordered on the current price and he got his phone while they telling me it is not in stock. Such liars

I ordered a smartphone from this company (Meizu M2) and paid for express delivery, the item took 3 weeks to arrive (longer than I paid for), and when it did, it was ridden with adverts and viruses, and their customer support couldn't care at all.

The OS was full of intrusive adverts, and when I managed to run a virus scan on this, it showed stock apps to be a trojan and others to be adware. I was also redirected in the web browser on a regular basis to scam websites. Also, there were Chinse phone calls in the phone log despite this being advertised as new.

When I reached out to focalprice for support on this, they asked me to send screenshots, which I did, and they then said this was a new phone, not used, effectively saying I was lying. I told them I was not happy, and they said I should post it back, but that I had to pay postage, and if it got misplaced in transit they would not refund me, which with them saying this up front, tells me they're never going to give me a refund.

Absolute disgrace, and I would never buy from this company.

After trying them the first time, with somewhat satisfactory results on a small order, I ordered a second time and never received anything. Get the credit card Company to get a refund, but this is a long process. Avoid using this website.

Bought a phone at beginning of October from them and paid for express delivery,nothing happened for 2 weeks when i contacted them they said colour out of stock would send me a different colour gave me a tracking number, this number did not exist after another week I contacted them and they said they had made a mistake with the tracking number and gave me a new one and would refund the express delivery charge this this has not happened and no sign of Phone so I raised a case with paypal and asked for a full refund they contacted me and said they can not refund me untill i close the case with Paypal total nonsense ,deal with these people at your own peril

I ordered some trivial items on FocalPrice.com. A few days later, I received a call from my credit card company saying that my card number had been used elsewhere (I had been breached), I also received calls from another merchant for the same issue, and I started receiving scam phone calls. I'm very protective of my information and only regularly use this card at a few trusted merchants. All evidence points to that FocalPrice either has weak security or is in on the breach.

An empty envelope eventually showed up from FocalPrice (about a month after my order) and there were no contents inside. I contacted FocalPrice and included a photo, and then was told to file a RMA. I did so, included a photo, and then was asked to include more photos (of which there were none).

So, I had to file a chargeback. What a disaster it's been for me having ordered from FocalPrice. It's not worth it.

I bought a couple of times variety of jewelry and have come a month for the shipping is free, if you want to arrive in less time you have to pay more !.
Now it is what I requested no problem.

NEVER BUY FROM THESE JERKS, HUGE SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have not been able to track my order or contact them in any way. My order has been over a month ago and I will file a formal complaint and do my best to have them terminated from ever selling anything ever again! I have suffered chest pains and severe mental anguish in this whole thing! If you buy online, AVOID THESE CON ARTISTS!!!!!

My order was suppose to be in between 7-15 days, its been way over that and still order has not arrived. Paying more is a better route than waiting forever and not being able to get ahold of anyone. Will not order from here again, ever...

Do not fall for the false advertising it says it has "sapphire glass! its NOT TRUE! Their description specifically says "Equipped with sapphire 2 lenses, high resistance to wear" . True Sapphire glass is suppose to protect from scratching and cracks. In addition because of the small size of a watch glass sapphire glass is extremely hard to crack. My watch cracked just from basic everyday use broke within 1 week of it being used. Customer service is horrible! The person in touch with me is absolutely st**!?!d. I got the watch late Jan, used it for a good week then it had scratch and cracked only form everyday use, so i emailed them early Feb they said they are on holiday and email after a week or so which i i did then they respond to me saying i had the watch too long, i told them thats not true and gave them the timeline. So CS comes back saying i should have used screen protector then gave me false hope of giving an exchange for the watch that i need to pay shipping to return i say ok i will pay shipping give me info how to do it. Then she comes back saying they dont have the power to give refund i said i dont need refund i need an exchange. She comes back saying they have no power to do that! they said it is just the item i received and it doesnt have functional failure! Again reiterated to them that there is functional failure. Se comes back saying sorry i cant return it its just the item you got. Ok so it measn its just the item i got meaning its a BAD item! Horrible Horrible Service. you will never get anywhere! I want to share my very unpleasant experience dealing with Focalprice vendor Yao.Sun / humin.lu. his site announced one day deal for selling 100 items for $ 1.00. I ordered the package the day, and received confirmation. However, the package was sent three weeks later, when even mention of the deal disappeared from the site, and I got only one item.
Now, I want to emphasize, I am not complaining about monetary loss. I am talking about fair sales practices. I contacted the vendor, and he denied that such deal was ever offered. So he changed the price AFTER my order was placed and accepted and didn't bother to notify me. Our communication did not bring any agreement. I want to warn(possible customers, customer service, site administration) about fraudulent practice, complete disrespect to customers and utter disregard to all rules of fair sales practice.
Also, in the past there have been several similar cases (such as with a smartphone etc). I supposed now that this is not an accident but a deliberate policy of this site
Of course, I will never buy from him again and will recommend not to deal with the Focalprice to everybody I know.

Tested out this company with a purchasing a cheap phone case first. The processing speed was good, and it arrived in 4 weeks. I expected things to be slow, so that's fine. After all it has to come from China. The product itself looked as described, but the quality is much worse than I expected while using it. The casing became lose after using it for a 2 weeks.

Do not shop from this retailer, it is a Chinese company and their items are very low quality! their customer service is a hypocrite! they only lie!

note: Don't trust positive reviews about this company! I was reading them most of them are very poor in english and probably they have paid one of these companies that fake likes and reviews to generate them!

I shop an elephone g4, the ship was very fast and this phone is good.

I ordered from them they said it was shipped but i can't track i paid extra to get it sent in 3-5 bd but nothing can't send them messages nor live chat can't do nothing

Please avoid this chinese company. I bought an IPPO tablet from them, but got a tablet with lower specifications instead.

Their website said the tablet is dual core 1.5Ghz. I got dual core 1032 Mhz. Its rear camera was supposed to be 1.3 mega pixel. I got rear camera 0.3 mega pixels. The tablet's Screen Resolution should have been 1024 x 600. I got 800 x 430.

I could have bought a cheaper tablet in the UK with those specs. Also, the tablet's AC adapter stopped working within a month. There is no warranty on goods from China.

I posted a bad review on their website which was of course rejected. They only post good reviews on their website. They also stall you with messages asking you to send photos. Then messages asking you to send videos. They refused a refund even after I send them photos and videos of the product. They stall until the paypal dispute time passes.

Please avoid!

Great shopping. I very like an option to buy more things for lower money. I bought things plenty of times and I had just one problem with ones USB sticks. They were not coming and after some time they sent me an email that thay don't have the color I wanted.
