AWFUL

“Horrible company. Deals to good to be true. I placed an order and then messaged 3x to cancel before it was packed to ship out. Per company policy I should've received a refund but 2 of the replies were dodging the request by requesting further info to better assist me and one message said the products ad been shipped and gave me an invalid tracking number. I've now messaged 5x and I'm still waiting for a response to my dispute on requesting order cancellation/refund in sufficient time. No toll free customer service number, live chat doesn't work and legal email instructs customers not to send emails about their orders, which screams volumes! STAY AWAY FROM FOCALPRICE!

Excellent company to deal with

Very good service, always got my products

This is the third year I'm buying at Focalprice, it was always positive. It happened that I received a bad on non working product, all I had to do is send one email to the customer service and few hours later I received a very nice apology and a refund.
They're courteous and quite active on the internet and customer support. Their communication skill is great. Their product description is excellent.
I already referred many friends to them, they are all satisfied and happy

Ordered 25 of a product and received 23. I can't be bothered to chase this company for the 2 products they owe me. I'll just never use them again and that will be that. Having read the other reviews about this site i can tell that my incident isn't an isolated one & they don't seem to be doing anything to address the issues that are being raised.

Be cautious when using focalprice if you decide to use them.

Terrible experience

I purchased a charger for my macbook that took over a month to get and did not work when I got it. It took over a week for the company to respond to my complaint and are refusing to refund it or send me a new one until I bring it into a shop that can estimate the cost of fixing it, tell them how much it will cost and then either send me a new one or bring it back to the shop. They will also not refund me but give me credit to use on their site for the cost of having it fixed. Overall the worst customer service I've ever experienced.

Once great company gone completely wrong!

Customer service is now a joke! I strongly believe that they don't even no even the basic english. They just use Google Translate and that's about it.

I have already deactivated my account and I am erasing this company from my purchasing options.

Do NOT buy from this site

I found this site when my MacBook charger bit the dust and I was excited at how cheap I could get a replacement, so without second thought I purchased it for $17 and I paid $9 for 3-5 day shipping because I needed it asap. The next day I got an email confirming it had been shipped out. In the email it also said that there would be a 20-45 day shipping delay. I decided to send them an email asking to explain this. They said they would respond in 6 hours or less. Well 3 days and 3 different emails later I still had not received a response. At that point I decided to research this site a little bit more and the things I read were completely terrible and concerning. After reading those reviews I decided to send them a final email (which I have still not heard back from them) and told them I wanted a full refund and I'd gladly send back the item because I no longer wanted it (some of the reviews said their products were cheap and broke on the first day). If I had known all of this before, I would have just gone out and paid the $80 that the Apple store sells a MacBook charger for, because honestly, all of this has been more of a burden already and I still can't charge my laptop. It's been 4 days and I haven't received anything from them at all. Terrible customer service. Do not waste your time or money here.

Horrendous

I ordered a bunch of cell phone accessories with the fastest shipping available and had a few days to spare and have still not received the items. Their tracking service is a joke and the last time I attempted to click to track my items I was directed to a phone number. I also received an email three days ago saying shipments were delayed due to the coming holiday season (New Years and Christmas according to them. I ordered the items the freaking begging of September. At least 4 months before Christmas and New Years! I needed these accessories to protect my new phone on my trip this week. Needless to say they are still not here! If I has known this was going to happen, I would have ordered a temporary case from Amazon! The shipping dates are posted far off of when you will receive them and I doubt their customer support is much better. They hide their negative reviews well or I would have never ordered since I did do some research! Do not order from these guys! They are the bottom of the barrel. I may change my review later to two stars if the items come in in decent condition. They truly reek.

Stolen Debit Card Number

I ordered an xbox 360 wireless controller adapter for the PC from this website. It came in - you guessed it - a month and a half. The packaging was horrible BUT my new adapter is awesome and works fine and was cheap. The problem is that the day after I entered my debit card number on their site my card company contacted me and told me that it was stolen. I should have used paypal, definitely. Never order from this site, but if you do, use paypal. I should have read the reviews before I jumped into their cheap supply of products. Don't trust the good reviews, those people are either payed by focalprice, are focalprice, or just got lucky.

SCAN. AVOID

Phone broke after 2 months use. they will not refund or replace in full. they either want me to pay 1/3 of the cost again for a new phone or accept a refund of 1/3 less then the price I paid. I told them no and they could have the phone collected and repair it but they refused

Guys, Please be careful to buy anything from this seller as you won’t believe after 3 months I haven’t received my item and refund back from them till today. I have been using online website for consumer purchase last 10 year using EBAY, Ali express, China Buy, DHgate, Ever buying, tinydeal etc…but I never face such a worst purchase and ridiculous experience in my whole life.
Just explain my story may be take time to read but I try to save your money as I have bough tablet with registered post on 4th April 2014 after not receiving item after 20 days I start asking regarding delivery status, they have provided tracking number, checked and contacted our local post office with this tracking number which is not valid in your country yes, correct tracking number provided by them totally rubbish and they keep going with this and waste my time. Then I have made RMA request (copy from website) RMA No.: RMA1404230092, Order ID: FPTZFEQG12NH Request Type: Request refund, SKU: CE0895P/1; Complaint Reason: Order Not Received, You started this RMA Request at 23/04/2014 17:43:39. After RMA request just keep going till today. Also in between I have contacted by email info, info19, info01, deliver @ focal.com and finally I have also contacted legal @ focalprice.com millions of times but helpless and feel like I am bagging to them for my money but they all are heartless. Also try to contact PayPal to not allow using their service and made complaint to them and still in contact with provide all information.
Guys, you won’t believe it till today 28/06/2014 I am keep asking refund from this seller and finally decided to forgot my money and try my level best to help other people will not part of this kind fraud from this seller as we couldn’t not go to China and get money. No Good Company and Their Product dont work

i had order me a bluetooth headphone from focalprice and when i had got m item, it didn't came with an instruction manual and the left side of the speaker the wires were loose and the usb charging port was borken so than i told them if they can give me a new one. So than i wait again for my item and when i got i seen that they still haven fix the wires so than i told them if i can get my money back because i don't want to wait again for another product that dont work so i ask them to refund my money. So if anybody buys any thing from focalprice don't buy nothing because it doesn't work. i rather by any thing from ebay or amazon their the best website to order things.

Don't buy tablets with Express shipping!

Ordered tablet as NewYear gift! delivery by EMS to Russia. $26 cost.
received a packet of a fragments from tablet. support system is very poor.
after the discovery of problems in Paypal, unable to contact the owner of the account for focalprice and hardly settled options sending goods back and refund of the delivery. eventually goods returned, got a refund, lost a month time, and never received a refund of shipping goods back (if paid delivery - sending back compensated)

You get what you pay for

I bought 3 Tablet PC's from this site because they were so cheap. They ship from China so expect long shipping time. 2 were fine, one appeared like it might have been used (no film on the screen like the others and a different charger) and it didn't work. It would overheat and freeze after 5 min of use. I contacted their returns department. They told me, in broken English, to have it fixed if it didn't cost that much. It, of course, would cost a lot here in the USA, more than the item even costs. I asked for an exchange. Their returns policy is clearly stated and says you have to pay shipping on returns. Which is what happened. Waiting on new item. If it doesn't work, I'll be changing my review to a 1.
