I bought a Lenovo K900 valued 350 USD and they sent me a fake tracking number.
When I started complaining, the told that the are going to resent it or refund me.
Until now nothing happened. Unfortunately, I closed the paypal dispute so I can not claim my money back.

Bottom line. Even if you had bought in the past some products from Focalprice and the sent them well, DO NO BUY FROM THEM AGAIN.
It is more than probable that they will stole your money.
AND NEVER CLOSE PAYPAL DISPUTE.

Ordered Bluetooth receiver, received an obsolete wifi adapter, not even close to what I paid for. No customer service reply the entire first day, only when I started a Paypal claim did I receive an off subject reply. I would not recommend this website to anyone, especially after searching and finding many other customers having the same issues with them. It's a bit odd for them to have a specific complaint form on their site to complain about receiving the wrong item. Sounds like they send you some junk for one reason or another, but don't expct anything from this chinese site in a timely manner.

Never buy from this website Focalprice Because when you buy if you get what you pay when you open it you will see that you sent something different and in most cases non-functional.
When you complain as I ordered a modem when visiting modem arrived two and a half months I saw that the modem is Chinese and not with those specifications for which I asked before
I buy and I confirmed positive When I complained I wrote Imagine if I found someone who understands Chinese and who understands the modems that can tell you what audacious mocking
their customers just to mention modem is not cheap $ 33 I repeat do not buy this junk our website name to mention

Bought a cellphone from focalprice last month,it arrived today.Everything seems perfect and fast.

My experience with FocalPrice has been excellent, My last order was a cell phone Dual Sim, They have improved the speed of delivery and product quality is quite acceptable. Communication with the customer service has been clear and respond quickly to my questions. What I like best about Focalprice are their low prices on electronics. Among my orders I purchased cell phone chargers, several cell phones, tablets, projectors, antennas, headsets, bluetooth and I can not fault the quality. The relationship with customers is very good, they send many promotions and coupons to buy all kinds of products. From my experience I highly recommend.

I write this review for WSdeal that is wholesale site of focalprice. I order some things from them, they come after month and more and some product are not delivered at all, some off them are not complete or not as the described in sellers product site, and the product that are delivered and complete are poor quality.
They refund me money for product that they didn't deliver because they are out of stock but after I post request, they should do that right away when they ship goods, not keeping my money for goods that they can't deliver and refund it to me after more than a month, I could order that items anywhere not wait one month so they can tell me it's OUT OF STOCK.

I have already bought some things from focalprice. The first one, some time ago, was a clone of the first iphone, and by that time it was not a good idea to buy a chinese phone. I have bought some other little things, without problems.
The last one did never arrived. I do not really know where the problem was, if by focalprice, the supplier or at the delivery. Anyway they refound my money back.
And they were always there, with an answer at least the day after.

I have bought few things in this site and until now everything OK, including their customer service.

Bought an item which was delivered in 2 weeks. I have nothing much to say about customer service but as far as products are concerned, you can save a lot from purchasing here.

I bought an small product on January 2nd! Over two months later I still have not recieved my adapter. They have no problem taking you money.... But if there is an issue there so called customer service is terrible and nobody knows what they are doing or will take action and try to figure out what happened to my order! They send you in circles over several weeks!!!! Telling you to try the sand thing over and over that did not get a response the first time! Save your self the headache! DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM of a website! Do not use!!!!

What can I say, been using Focalprice for ages, great service & good quality products, the Tablet I brought was far better than I thought it would be & at the price I paid, I could have got 7 for the price of 1 ipad. Delivery might be 2/3 weeks but you can always track your order, & I have had stuff from my own Country (UK) that has taken longer, everything I have every brought has been delivered, undamaged and well packed, if I could find any fault with Focalprice, then I would be the first to complain, but I can't. Would I recommend them, too right I would and I have told all my friends to view and order from them.

1) Ordered in November-received in January.
2) Tablets did not even work for even three whole days.
3) They told me to send them a picture of the problem. Did that. Send a video of the problem. Did that. Was told to have them repaired and they would pay for it. After they were repaired they did not work for even three whole days.
4) Asked for a refund. They will not pay for return shipping.
5) Asked for the reimbursement of the repair cost. Of the $99 for repairs they said they would pay $60. We'll see if I get that.

I am starting an all out campaign [Facebook, Yelp, Twitter, BBB, etc.] letting as many people as I can not to place your trust in a company with no integrity.

You get what you pay for here. Mass produced cheap products. If that's what you want then this is right for you.

Unfortunately you also get generic responses from them. When it goes wrong however they are ridiculous to deal with. I have now been going back and forth by email for two months trying to get a parcel redelivered which did not turn up at my house. They just keep saying wait ten more days even when they have sent me a delivery note that shows that apparently my parcel should have been delivered over two months ago.

Focalprice.com is a very good website.In the first place, it is good that this shop has a points system and the posibility of reedeming products and coupons with the points gained(although I haven't seen any product to be reedemed).As about the products,the send the product in the next 1-2 working days after confirming the order,which is quickly..I received a product in Romania in about 17 days-which is very quickly,keeping in mind that from other online shops like Focalprice.com,I got the products in 30 days or more...Another argument would be that this site has always active promotions.

I recently bought a cheap 7" tablet from Focalprice and found them to be a reliable and well priced company. The item was in stock and dispatched quickly, I was able to use their online order tracking to follow the delivery all the way to my door, the staff answered my concerns quickly and efficiently, and the tablet arrived exactly as described. I will definitely be shopping with them again.

I have already bought more that 30 products from this site and i am 100% satisfied.The deliveryi is very quick to Greece (about 15-21 days) and the prices are the best you can find on internet.I am very huppy found this site after some other sites i was using to buy before where i couldn't communicate at all.
I hope everyone test this site to find out how perfect it is.
