MIKE received my order and was BRILLIANT!
Easy to use website to purchase the repair, in my case a broken charging port on Samsung s6.
Instructions to send repair off and Mike called me after 2 working days. He discussed his intentions but also offered me alternatives (like a wireless charger), he explained the risks and I gave the nod.
Mike rang me the following day saying all was complete without any marks on my handset but.. the back buttons wouldn't work. I was disappointed so he said he'd have a final go and ring me back. 1 hour later he'd fixed that too! Excellent service, excellent communications and my phone is restored to it's former glory.
ABSOLUTELY NO HESITATIONS TO RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!

I had to find somewhere I can thank these guys.Honesty is hard to come by these days but thank God they are,quick fix and delivery

Rang for support/ software regarding mobile phone issue. Very helpful and volunteered info without me having to push for answers. Knowledgeable and courteous. Problem solved easily. Definitely recommended!

My apple phone case started to crack and leave little pieces of rubber/plastic all around in my bag. My aunt has the same exact case, which looks as new. I emailed the company with pictures and until today I have received no answer. I suspect it was a fake apple case :-(

I had my Sony Ericsson C905 fitted with a new ribbon in April, as screen had gone blank. Phone was repaired and returned almost by return, but subsequently would randomly switch off.
Sent it back to FoneFunShop. No obvious fault found. They decided to flash it in case it had been a software problem. Phone was back with me within 3days -no charge, even for delivery.
This is service above and beyond the norm. Highly recommended -again.

I've used this service for years. I used to get nokia unlock codes from them and they were always fantastic. lately I've got codes for an IPhone and today a Samsung galaxy s8+. It cost a bit more than EE but EE wanted me to wait 6 months before requesting the code! the customer service is also fantastic, they will answer any question you ask them with no problems at all.

Excellent service, fast service, professional customer care.
I recommend without any problems.

I am in Zambia, the phone was sent as a gift. I despaired at the thought of a 20 day wait as advised when making payment. Imagine how thrilled I was to receive the unlock code within 3 days! And it worked first time. Vodafone Nokia Lumia 635

I have problems with my current mobile phone signal and needed to unlock an Motorola Moto G phone and insert a different sim card. Having searched the internet I was uncomfortable using those sites that purported to unlock a phone for a fee. I spoke to a mobile phone shop owner and he gave me this website. It was easy to use and the result was quick. I had been told it could take an hour or two to get the unlock code. 10 minutes, excellent. I followed the unlock instructions very carefully and success. It only cost me £5. I can now solve my network problems and sell my phone. Thank you.
