sent a bricked htc one m8 after "repair labs"had had it for two months and then told me it was impossible to repair to funfoneshop they repaired in half a day,kept me informed and i had phone back next day,this company and staff are very helpful and obviously good at their jobs ,this makes a refreshing chang to all the cowboys out there,funfoneshop now highly recommended and i don't do reviews!!! nice work ladies and gents

I would recommend this service. It cost me £40 and was unlocked within 7days unlike another company I used first which took 3 months and charged £19.99 then a further £29.99 and then, after 3 months, wanted a further £51 because the handset was under 6months old. Wish I'd know about Fonefunshop first. They were excellent

I had never used fonefunshop before but I was impressed by their website which gave the impression they knew their business.
I was slightly concerned where they would debrand the phone if possible. I took the risk and I was delighted by the responsiveness, I was informed when the phone was received Saturday, then when the job was started on Monday, to when completed, and dispatched, I received the phone back the next morning by recorded post, fantastic service!
The phone now unlocked and unbranded is much improved!
I am absolutely delighted and would recommend this company to anyone in need of such services.
I will recoup the cost by using more competitive SIM only tariffs, it gives the phone extra years of useful life, even looking forward to Android Nougat next year

I had a lot of questions regarding various phones that I had in my 'junk drawer', and all were answered promptly and courteously. The code was sent quickly and the charge was cheaper than my provider would have charged, so I am pleased. It's good to be able to free my phone for use by other providers, and it's good for the environment because I can use it for longer.

Sent for an unlock code for Lumia 930 locked to EE.I received my code by email in 4 days and it took a couple of minute read the instructions and input the code.Worked no problems.Excellent service,would use again.Recommend.

Unlocked my EE HTC from the comfort of my armchair. EE wanted a bigger fee and I was told it may take a few days.

I thought my IPhone 4s was a brick after I let someone change the battery and damage the battery connector. Mike at the FoneFunshop not only fixed it but got it passed the error 29 when trying to update. Thank you guys will recommend you to all my friends. :-)

Can't fault them at all. I stupidly put a sim into my phone that I bought outright to activate my iPhone 5S so I could use it whilst I waited for my new sim in the post. The new sim came and I tried to put it in my phone but it did not work because the iPhone had locked onto the first sim I put in there which was a different network to my new one so it was now locked to Vodafone and my network is virgin. I contacted Vodafone to get them to unlock the phone but they kept messing me around so I found Fonefunshop. I was worried at first about using them but after reading reviews and knowing that they had a shop I decided to go ahead with the unlock service. I paid for the service and 3 days later my iPhone is unlocked for use with my Virgin sim! Amazing service and kept up to date by email. Don't hesitate, these guys are legit!

I have had no prior dealings with this company in any shape or form yet on the 23rd December, 2015 I received a Newsletter from them and then again on the 1st January, 2016.

Within part of the email it states, "You received this email because you signed up for the FoneFunShop newsletter to keep up to date with the latest unlocking." which is incorrect.

For one I would like to know how they obtained the email address in question being that it hasn't been in use for over 3 years.

I have had to put them on notice that any further unsolicited emails will constitute grounds for prosecution.

Bought a phone on ebay that said that it was unlocked, well, it wasn't. Tried multiple unlock businesses and paid, they couldn't find the code, guess they refunded. fonefunshop.co.uk was the ONLY one that came through for me. First attempt / database wasn't successful, but went with their second database for no extra charge and they came through fantastically!!! Couldn't be happier. Now I don't have to return the phone and try another "unlocked" phone. THANK YOU FONEFUNSHOP.CO.UK !!!

Had them repair two my Samsung Galaxy S3 i9300 phones now, both fixed in the same day, and both back to top working order. Staff are friendly to boot! Would recommend this to anyone.
