Taken my money, and have not deliver the service, refuse to refund the money back, stay way from fonefunshop.co.uk, this is not a company they are bunch of scammers.

Beware!!!! shamelessly scamming people.

Not trustworthy

Unlocking an old Motorola L7 to keep as a spare phone, wasted an hour on terrible websites before finding these guys who do exactly as promised and deliver a code which unlocks the phone for £5 . Very happy with the service.

Bought an Iphone 5s from ebay locked to Vodafone, contacted Fonefunshop, paid £40 via paypal, had to wait 10 days no problem as I was still using my iphone 3g! then received an email to confirm the iphone had been unlocked from the Apple database, updated the 5s with the latest ios, and iTunes too, then connected my 5s with the Vodafone sim, I had already previously backed up all my contacts from the 3gs to iTunes including all apps, and then to the new 5s, then disconnected the 5s removed the Vodafone sim replaced it with the Virgin sim, reconnected to iTunes, I did disconnect then reconnect after 15 seconds, as asked by funfoneshop but didn't need to, the same register your iphone screen came up on iTunes and iphone, I had to simply put in my apple ID PASSWORD ON THE IPHONE and voila! done! the Virgin logo was visible on my new phone! all contacts and apps were already there as I'd previously backed them up to the new phone, added a few new apps and the 3gs is now an ipod or I just keep it as a second phone should I need it, Virgin replaced the sim for free as it was the 1st time I'd asked for a nano sim on a monthly rolling contract! £7 a month for 600 mins free texts and 1gb of data! cannot be beaten for price! all thanks to Fonefunshop and their brilliant team, just be patient and wait for them to unlock it from the apple database, no codes required for an iphone they do all the work for you, and this is FACTORY UNLOCKED for ever!!

Had previously tried to unlock my Xperia Z2 from a few sites to no avail. These guys were a lot more expensive but Sony don't make it easy, within 48 hours I had a code and instructions.... Worked a treat first time, will be sending my phone to them to remove all the O2 bloatware when I get time. Great company well worth the greater price...

I paid for a Galaxy Tablet charge port repair, their website was easy to use, Paypal accepted ,which is very handy and easy. They fixed the tablet quickly, for a great price, and gave me regular updates. Excellent service. Exactly what customers want. Well done.

I bought an unlock code for my new phone. It cost £5(rather than £30 including a £10 top up from Vodefone) and only took 3hrs 20mins to receive the code (rather than 30+ days from Vodefone). Worked first time & I'm a happy customer.

I'd recommend FFS and will consider buying a locked phone again because this was so easy.

What can I say about this company? They saved my phone when all seemed lost!

My phone was repaired the day they got it, their staff are also a very friendly bunch to deal with.

I asked requested that the repair on my Galaxy screen be done ASAP as I use if for work and they fixed and sent it back to me the day they received it. Really excellent service, no hesitation in recommending them.

This company provided a superb service. Right from the moment I rang up to describe the problem it was clear I was dealing with a competent and friendly organisation. I had tried two other companies before finding Fonefunshop but was unimpressed with their response to my questions. Mick was very different. I sent the phone that night and was advised of its receipt at 10.53 the next day. Checking the status at 4 o’clock in the afternoon I found that it had been fixed! I got a call the next morning asking if they should complete the recovery process I had started but had failed to complete. That was very thoughtful. They completed the process and shipped the phone that night and I got it the next morning – working perfectly. All in all a 2.5 day turnaround! Had I been contactable to authorize the recovery process I suspect It would have been even quicker.
This is a remarkable service at a competitive price. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Bricked Samsung Galaxy S4 GT-I9505 sent on Thurs, repaired on Fri and received back in perfect working order with latest Kitkat 4.4.2 official ROM on Sat.
You cannot ask for better than that.
No hesitation recommending them.

I ordered a datacable to unlock an old Siemens phone. That turned out to be out of stock and no longer obtainable, but the good news is that Mark at FFS called me straightaway to tell me about the problem, suggested an alternative solution using two other items, and despatched them the same day at no extra cost. That'll do me.

Brought a Unlock Code for Nokia Lumia 1020, estimated 3-5 days and was emailed within 3 days of purchase. Worked as expected, will be using this company again!

I have now been to the Fonefunshop twice because I love dropping my phone.. Both times they have repaired my broken iPhone within a few hours and given me a order number if I wished to track the progress of my repair. I also got a text when my repair was ready which I thought was handy. Very friendly and would highly recommend to anyone :-)

I ordered unlocking service for my iPhone and waited one bloody month to find out that they cannot do this. No emails, no phone call, just no information from them. When I called them (it took ages to connect, do not even mention that they doesn't work on the end of week) nobody wants to give me information.
Finally, they informed me that they are not able to provide this service, but they are not going to give me my money back as I can use them for other service in the future! I started charge back procedure with my bank, which wasn't successful becuase FoneFunShop offered different product instead of my money.

Wasted time, money and nerves.

Really do not recommend them.

i live in jersey in the channel islands and .i had an issue with my htc one m7 which could not be fixed on island so after a bit of searching i found the excellent FoneFun Shop web site.its magic web site and has a huge amount of things on there,its all very informative.i sent off my htc one and after a few days i had an email so say they had received my phone,then an hour later had another email to say my phone had been fixed!!! yes you read that right an hour .the phone was then sent back via special delivery and there it was in the next mornings post.my phone is now just perfect.a truly excellent company to deal with,i cannot recommend them highly enough,and they are worth more then the 5 stars on here.if i need my phone fixing again in the future then i will look no further then the FoneFun shop

I sent in my imei number to be unlocked as they said would ony take 3 days but still waiting today 15th april for it to be done when phoned and asked whats happeing was told that it should be done today which to me means it might be today tomoorow we dont know.

It's not often I write reviews, and we tend in the UK to only moan about things rather than praising when someone does good. Fone Fun Shop have consistently given me excellent customer service. When my Motorola Defy screen broke last August, they were the cheapest for replacing it. Having never sent my phone away to a 3rd party to be repaired before, I was to be fair, a little worried. I needn't have been. They quickly repaired and returned my phone (sent on Monday, back in my hand Thursday).
This year I noticed a build of dust behind the screen, and as the Defy is supposed to be dust proof, I contacted Fone Fun Shop. They asked that I send the phone as they were confident it could be cleaned out. I did, and again, to my delight they cleaned out the screen and returned the phone to be free of charge. Now, that is in my book, excellent customer service.
I would highly recommend Fone Fun Shop, and will confidently use them again in the future.

I sent my Nokia phone for debranding and received it back only three days later (by Special Delivery) with all "3" software removed, and the latest Nokia software installed. Well impressed!
However, I then found that my memory card was not being recognised. I returned the phone to Fone Fun Shop, who found a broken contact in the card slot (presumably from when I removed the card prior to sending it for debranding).
As the broken contact was nothing to do with the debranding I assumed the phone would be returned for me to have it repaired locally. I was therefore pleasantly surprised when it arrived back after only four days and again by Special Delivery, all fixed and at no extra charge! Superb!
